I really need to get this. I'm still deciding whether to get the PS2 or Wii version. I'm leaning toward PS2 because it feels like it belongs there.

By the way, does the Wii version support widescreen or is it like the PS2 ver. where it's only 4:3?

 I went PS2 on Yoda's advice. JP voice acting, collector's edition and it will be worth bank in the future (from a collecting perspective).

I am sure another team at Nintendo can figure out how to do a Pokemon game. Or another Nintendo dev team can do the programming and graphics while Gamefreak manages the gameplay and design.

Pokemon console game / mmo game is Nintendo's get out of jail card. They will use it when they are in bad shape. So probably never.

In a time where everyone is complaining that all Nintendo has is the big three, a fourth major console franchise would be nice. What happens after this year, another 2-3 year drought, Wii Music 2.

I fucking HATE Fable. I cannot remember the last time I actually felt rage toward a game (or anything).  But I'm almost done with this piece of SHIT and when I am... it'll be great.  And there will be a review for the ages.

I think I love it almost as much as you hate it.

Here's the deal. 

+ Some times the quick menu works (to use a potion), most times it does not (it pulls up the Select menu).

+ No fucking saving in mission, and most of these things are well over an hour.

I love the world, the story, everything else about it, but it's damn frustrating not having the quick menu work when you are in the heat of battle.  Fortunately I think I'm on the last mission now.  I mean, you have to love something this much to hate it this much.  If it was just cheap AI or whatever I'd not bother finishing it.  I love/hate it so much I'm considering going straight into Fable 2 after this, just to see what they fixed.
