Beware the BioShock Infinite thread for the time being. Text spoilers are mostly hidden 'cept for Travo's --BUT-- I have a few theories about the ending which I illustrate with a picture or two, which cannot be hidden. Granted these are just theories so it doesn't spoil the actual ending, but still, tread carefully.
Loads of indie Sony games just got revealed.

Counterspy
Counterspy puts players in control of their own spy agency, which has been tasked with keeping the U.S. and USSR from engaging in all-out warfare; the Doomsday Clock provides players with a constant reminder of how close they are to nuclear Armageddon. Luckily, players can roll back the clock by completing missions, which take place in procedurally generated levels, featuring different routes, items, and enemy configurations every time you play. However, missions play out in real-time, so those extra few minutes you send searching for items and upgrades bring you that much closer to certain death. The early demo we saw featured a mix of stealth and action, with the player able to sneak up and assassinate enemies from behind, or hide behind cover to pick off guards with a few well-placed pistol shots.
Counterspy also features an asynchronous multiplayer mode, which allows players to compete on the same level configurations. If your friends are killed in a level, their loss is your gain; if you can make it to their corpse, you can steal their items.
Counterspy is currently slated for a 2013 release on PlayStation 3, Vita, and mobile platforms. To learn more about the game we talked with Dynamighty co-founder and lead game designer David Nottingham.
Founded by ToeJam & Earl creator Greg Johnson, HumaNature Studios aims to create games that appeal to a broad audience, and give players fun and creative ways to interact with one another. The studio's first game, tentatively titled Doki-Doki Universe, also offers up insight into your own personality based on how you interact with the game's humorous cartoon worlds and characters.
In Doki-Doki Universe, you play the role of a robot whose model line is on the verge of being discontinued for its lack of humanity. In order to avoid this grim fate, you travel to a variety of unique planets and learn about their oddball inhabitants by speaking and interacting with them. How you interact with them is entirely up to you – you can help solve their problems, participate in games and competitions, or antagonize them to your heart's content. These interactions are handled via a growing library of items you find and collect, each of which has its own unique characteristics similar to Scribblenauts.
Along the way, an extraterrestrial named Alien Jeff evaluates your progress towards understanding humanity and provides feedback on your personality. When we commiserate with an undead character named Zombee who doesn't like being dead, Alien Jeff tells us how sensitive we are. Other planets offer humorous personality quizzes, which our extraterrestrial friend also weighs in on when you view the results. As you explore and answer questions, you'll earn more objects that you can customize your own homeworld with.
Its free to play, thats nice.
This is old but I have never seen it. Tearaway from MM. The game looks fantastic.
If Nintendo is still king of game design, then why do 43% of idiots polled want them to "go away"? lol
Probably the same idiots that voted Black Ops as the best game ending ever. Yes, gaming is mainstream...and as with anything that goes mainstream...its full of MORONS!!!
I
I am dying to try this. The second this gets a commercial release its mine.
Er... so it appears Shadow of the Eternals was Eternal Darkness 2 being made for Wii U- GAF. Then when SK lost the Epic case it appears the only way they could have continued ED 2 development would be if Nintendo bailed out SK and paid their costs and potential court damages, so Nintendo bailed out. Then SK went bust and this is why they can show off a half decent looking sku and why the game is on U too.
Nintnedo should have just absorbed the SK guys into one of their other studios & kept the game going as an exclusive. NST or some shit.
