GG who ever is in control of your itinerary, fire them. I traveled all over the country and never saw anything like you have. Except the crack whore that tried to come into my room and fuck me. Other than that, your stories are crazy.
I'll take it, I'm not happy but I'll take it.
Well I guess that I'll save some money when the Switch launches because right now the new Mario game is all that interests me.
Sounds cheap, which is good. It's cheaper than Wii U was.
I'm back home now. We heard from the cab driver and electric car driver that that area of Market street is dodgy. The cab driver said two guys entered his cab while he was in it, grabbed his phone and ran off.
Apparently the homeless and drug addicts hang out there because it's near the Civic Center, I have no idea what the Civic center is or what it is there for. I assume these people can get some help there? It's weird because city hall is right there too.
It means that about half of Market street is like running a gamut of wild eyed and unpredictable druggies.
Seriously I am very saddened and somewhat afraid of the state of homelessness in San Francisco and some areas of New York. It's almost like they are ghosts who the "normal" people just seem to ignore and pretend it's not happening and I don't get it. America is such a rich country with some stunning architectural projects and stores and wealth. And then there are these people who just seem to be left to their own devices. At the very least a lot of these people need mental healthcare. They are literally hearing imaginary voices in their heads and go around talking to people who are not there. I guess it's the weed causing psychosis?
Also another note: a guy walked past us with a wireless bluetooth speaker blasting Phil Collins at max volume wtf. Then coincidentally a hundred metres on, a homeless man was drumming a bucket and singing to get handouts and what was he drumming and singing?
THIS
On another note, why do your fast food chains suck so much?! Wendys in the UK used to be great, they left the market. So I went to the Wendys in New York on 5th ave and it sucked! It was dark, depressing, filled with miserable looking people and had a godawful smell of old meat. The burger was suitably disgusting too.
I also tried two different Burger Kings in San Fran and they were similarly grim, dark, filled with miserable looking workers and customers. The food sucked too. What are these "biscuits" that they sell instead of buns? They are gross. Also what is with the security at these places, with massively overweight dudes who couldn't run down a slowly moving tumbleweed in the breeze?
Also why do the restaurents and bars treat Restrooms like they are some treasured commodities? Having to do backflips just to use the toilet is a pain in the ass. There are keycodes and special keys and restrictions and all sorts of suckage. The toilet in SF hotel was horribad too. The water in the bowl was so high when I went to wipe, my hand went straight into the shit filled water.
Also went into a locked womens Burger King restroom which was security locked - only to get in and see the whole seat covered in piss. How does a woman miss at that distance?
Also for the land of fries, all the fries I had sucked. I had overly greasy ones in an expensive NY burger joint and really nasty half cooked in old oil ones from BKing.
Other things I saw in San Fran were normal people, not homeless elderly ladies who went around digging through bins for stuff to loot.
The added tax on goods thing is so annoying. In the UK when you see a price tag that is exactly what you pay. Here you have to do mental gymnastics and anticipate everything will cost more when the till operator tells you. How do you guys keep track of what you are spending? Along with the 15% tip on stuff it really drained our funds. Along with the devalued GBP, the USA is now as expensive if not more expensive than London prices. Kinda crazy.
Other things I noticed is that there seems to be some sort of class system where all the low paid jobs are done by ethnic minorities. In NY especially I saw some very hard working people who seem to keep that city running. Including many muslims. I guess it's the same in many other countries including the UK but I never noticed such a divide before.
Also, black people - I am an ethnic minority myself and I have frequently interacted with many other people of different races here, I'm kinda of colour blind at home, if you're a Londoner you're a Londoner. But in America I'm not sure what I expected, regaring any kind of divide between people on colour lines. And what I found was that the black people in America were warm, friendly and supremely helpful. Cool people you could chat to. So I don't get why there is this problem between black and white in the U.S.
GameSpot gave Dragon Quest Builders and 8. Damn you Square-Enix and you not putting out an Xbox One version!
Both Xenoblade games are excellent and you could spend an ungodly amount of time in either or. I think I'd favour Xenoblade Chronicles X slightly more overall although the music in it is pretty subpar to Xenoblade Chronicles with some tracks being kind of bad. The gameplay in XCX is better along with the graphics of course. Story wise I'd go with XC.
You had a girl who wanted to fuck you & you said no? Cmon maaaan....
I'd get Xenoblade Chronicles. It's more a classic JRPG, with a clear structure and story. I for one found the gameplay of the original to be better as well. I liked the chaining mechanism much more than the 'simon says' buff system of XCX. Then again, I did only get 30 hours into XCX before geting distracted. I've been too daunted with the hugeness of XCX to go back to it ever since.
I just found the original to be much more enjoyable. It also has the coolest world in any game. You should play it just to enjoy the world.
edit: thinking some more about it and I feel you could say that the original feels like a JRPG while XCX feels more like a sandbox game in that there's a lot of world and stuff to do, but not enough story to fill it. And I really enjoyed the character design in the original as well.
EA bringing 'a game or two' to Switch Excited for Nintendo, unsure of platform's success
I'm betting my money on them porting Fifa 16.
If they put out their new Mass Effect game on the Switch (assuming it's as capable as an Xbone) I'd definitely get that.
I need exclusives on Switch. Multi-plats on weaker hardware do not excite me.
XCX took me 226 hours to do everything I wanted to. It's easy to pick up and play. I'd go with that.
There is lots of story its more about building a new world and the characters individual stuff. The main campaign is about 20 hrs or so. The side missions aren't the most interesting stories, but they are more personal and overall getting to know everybody in the world fleshes out the gameworld much better.
20 hours my ass. 20 hours of actual content maybe, but they make you jump through hoops to unlock the next 'chapter'. I'll take the original's JRPG linear story above the way it was handled in XCX.
Fifa is the safest bet, particularly on a worldwide level. But if they're committing to Titanfall as much as they're saying, I wouldn't be surprised to see that be game number 2.
Yeah, I was thinking the same. Something like Titanfall 2 would also have a good chance of selling to the Splatoon crowd looking for something similar. But I'd rather see them putting out some games simultaneously on Switch as on Xbone and PS4, rather than porting some half year old game, which they'd then charge full price for only to complain that their games don't sell. Again.
FIFA coin hacker convicted of defrauding EA out of $16m eurogamer.net
I agree that this is shady stuff, but if you're putting out a digital coin for one of gaming's most popular franchhises, you better put some failsafes into place. You're telling me EA didn't notice an account playing a thousand matches per minute?
Jumping through hoops? You are doing what you are meant to be doing in the game, exploring the overworld. The hoops are minor and there is so much more to do in the game compared to just the main story it's almost ridiculous to complain about it. You can diverge from the main story in this game for hours upon hours and still enjoy yourself. In fact the story part of this game is a very small part of the overall experience.
You have barely played one ninth of the games content.
Bear in mind that XC Wii looks like an N64 game on an HDTV.
I doubt EA will make another Skate game let alone a remake of the first 3 games in the series.
