Yeah so... this is how it happened:
So a while back I decided I was going to make my customized character in every game have the following attributes:
- Must be as fat as the game will allow.
- Must be as short as the game will allow.
- Must have a full beard, black in color.
- Must have a mullet, if possible.
So when I made my character in Fallout and Mass Effect, a lot of those options were not permitted. So That's how I ended up with my ugly Shepard.
Here is my guy in Saint's Row One and Two. WIll post Tiger Woods Golf version if there is enough interest.
EDIT: Added Tiger Woods 2005 career player:
EDIT: Added Saints Row: The Third
Dragon's Dogma:

Oh my god, this is a brilliant idea. ...
That SR guy looks really good actually. Fat shepard doesn't even look fat.
Ugly shepard reminded me of this
Yeah, in SR it actually works quite well, as they use your guy in the cutscenes. I got really attached to him. I wish games like ME would let you fatten up your players. I checked your ugly shepard link... now that's ugly.
I have to say, I don't think my guy is ugly (I mean my Shepard is, but that just because I made his features as wide as possible). It's fun to be able to take your player into different environments (and he has a awesome back story that gets more awesome with each game).
I added this to the original post:
While these are amusing characters they could hardly be called ugly, and when it comes to character creation ugly actually means really exploiting the creation process. The fact that your shepherd does not have a full beard simply because one cannot be chosen is enough to prove that this does not deserve the moniker of ugly shepherd. Google ugly shepherd, be inspired and raise your game, or change the title.
Anyway your shepherd looks a little like Moritz Bliebtrau and the golfer is the best of the lot. We need a video of him playing!
See Steel's link for what I mean.
Well. Shit.
I just realized the make-a-player I make for every game is Ryan Davis:
