1. Hammer Bros. Mario - First of all Mario gets a sweet ass tan when he wears this. If you're not living the Jersey Shore lif and that's not good enough though, you still have hammers and a fireproof shell. Best suit ever.
2. Cloud Pants Mario - I don't know why I call him Cloud Pants... but I do. And I like it that way. Anyway you're floaty and you make clouds. Good enough to be the best suit of Galaxy 2.
3. Tanooki Suit - It's basically just a racoon costume that can turn into a fairly useless statue. But it gets cute points. Oddly enough I've never seen anyone cosplay that either...
4. Penguin Mario - Best thing to come out of NSMB Wii. Make ice, slide, no slipping, and best of all you look like a penguin wearing overalls.
5. Metal Mario - You can argue the costume semantics here, but come on.... metal fucking Mario. It's like Mario and the T-1000 got it on and this was the baby. If we could choose him as a character in Smash Brothers we all would.

Yep Iga is right. Not officially a costume. Plus it's on one stage in the entire freaking game. That's a big fat strike against it right there.
I like Rock Mario more than any of the other costumes listed in the blog. Rock Mario rocks!
Emo Mario is what I want. I play 2d mario so bad that it looks like I'm intentionally hurting myself, so it fits.
Bee Suit mario is the best though. Rock Mario too...
