I am 100% out for the "regular" time and day (Friday AU/ Thursday US).
I am almost certainly out for the other "regular" time and day (Thurs US/ Wednesday US). I could go "early" on US Wednesday (like any time from 16:00 East Coast through 18:00 but no later).
Well I should be good for this week.

Foolz its I think an hour after usual time.
Just throwing this out there, if tonight is no good I can do a morning afternoon podcast tomorrow. I probably get up at 10-10:30 am I am good any time till about 4 EST.
Well if it's in an hour's time (it's 10PM there, now?) then that's about right anyway.
