The only shop open for people not level 4 is the weapons shop.

SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:

  • SMB Mix-Up! (1AB2-0000-0047-5A7D)
  • Storm the Castle (77BD-0000-00E0-A9C0)

Splatoon fucking rocks! I think this is going to dethrone Mario Kart 8 as my favorite online game. Heh, it may become my favorite Wii U game! I haven't tried the SP mode yet but will later tonight. The online mode alone is worth the $60 as-is! Grinning

I just beat the first boss in Splatoon. So far, I'm enjoying the SP quite a bit. It's not nearly as much fun as the MP, but is well worth playing.

I was having races with 10 or 11 opponents consistently last night so hopefully MK8 will still be king.

Splatoon is just a fad Nyaa

Haven't actually played any Splatoon yet, but bought the game with all 3 amiibo yesterday.  I found a place that sould the limited edition bundle for only €5 more than the standalone game and managed to snag up there whole alotment of amiibo as well.  Being one inkling boy and one inkling girl  Hrm

Looking forward to playing some, but I think I won't be able to get around to it at least untill tomorrow.  Unless the wife ends up pittying me and agrees on letting me game some this evening.

That's a nice swag even for someone without interest in the game itself.  You could sell such a collection down the line for a healthy profit.

I wonder how they are going to try to offload a whole lorryload of stolen limited edition splatoon packages when supply was so limited to begin with.  Surely Nintendo are keeping a close eye on ebay to spot any suspicious Splatoon sellers.  Probably going to start showing up at flea markets around London.  GG perhaps a trip to Walthamstow may be worth your while this morning.

I have a pretty good idea, I just bought a copy online from Eu for $49Au when it retails for $30 more down here.

Just checked the german amazon.  To buy the special edition of the game (which includes the inkling amiibo) plus the girl and boy amiibos (ie the collection Supreme bought) will set you back more than 150 euros!  And the game released yesterday.  This is utterly ridiculous.  I'm pleased I have managed to stay uninterested in amiibo collecting.  That's one headache I don't need.

Damn that was a profitable heist though!

You need to be level 2 for that.

The online is awesome but as a gamer it does worry me how the game is going to be 10 years from now when the servers are shut off. At least with mario kart you can still play Grand Prixs and it's pretty much the same. This game should have some bots.

I feel the same, I just beat him too. I think the short range of your main gun limits what you can do in single player.

Possibly this.

Don't think it has amiibos, though.

Cool, just reached a single player level with an arena and squid enemies that plays a lot more like the multiplayer.

Right, now it's starting to feel like Mario Galaxy.

It's nowhere near as good - but it broadly apes Mario Galaxy design, the bosses could be ripped straight out of that game. The single player levels are broken up into gameplay segments, which you ping between like the stars in MG. Theres also a fair bit of platforming and some rudimentary platform manipulation.

I know they downplayed it in the media, but it doesn't feel like a bonus mode, it's pretty fully featured. Now I've only played it up to the second boss, so take this with a pinch of salt - imagine Mario Galaxy was an 8.0 scoring game. That's what it's like.

Keep them coming guys. But GGs imagine Galaxy is an 8.0 game pretty much tells me I made the right choice, it's all witcher for now. I'll play this when there is a lull in big games.

I'm only talking about up to the first 2 bosses in the single player. Add in the multiplayer which is tons more fun than the single player and the game is A LOT better than an 8.0 and the single player is steadily getting better with each level adding mechanics.

And the game is getting lots of free content over the summer.
