It most definitely is a real video. Whether it depicts actual happenings is a different matter altogether.

The Johnson governement has asked for the Queen to hold a Queens Speach on the 14th of october, essentially disbanding parliamant long enough to prevent any laws from being able to be voted that would prohibit a no-deal Brexit.
The speed at which Boris is one-upping Trump in mocking the foundations of democracy is impressive, to say the least.
I'm also pretty sure that Boris himself will have no trouble stocking up on medicine and what not before the UK leaves the comfy safety of the EU. A pitty that millions of Brits won't have the financial means to do the same.

As I understand the video was part of a real news broadcast, but her being hit with a stop sign was faked to add shock value and discourage people from going outside in heavy weather. It also seems to have been rather succesfull at that.

He retired. He had lost the confidence of the govt because he enabled back bench opposition MPs, to control the legislative agenda. He is supposed to be impartial but he is widely seen as being Pro-remain and anti-Leave. So the govt was going to (against tradition) field a candidate to replace him as a sitting MP at the next election.
The UK is falling apart, century old traditions are being cast away left and right. Parliamant has been disbanded, respected MP's sacked. Anarchy lies in hiding just beneath the surface. Anything could happen.
