I would wait till todays conference, they said they were enabling usernames at a later date. You just use your NNID.

It might just work. After I sent them an expletive laden rant about there not being Switch docks to buy here, it was announced a couple of weeks later. Coincidence?
Dang, since todays update had 7 new Switch friends. And there are now friends to fight on Arms.
