Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileRavenprose said:I find ocean and space documentaries soothing to listen to and will often fall asleep to them.
My wife uses apps on her phone that have the sounds of the ocean to help her. She even has one with a guy that sounds like Sean Connery. Seems to work for her.
Have you guys ever watched Gardeners World? It's a BBC program and hosted by Monty Don. This guy and program can send anything to sleep. I imagine he talks to himself in a mirror and just drops. https://youtu.be/2lRAhw7u8vA
So if you regularly can't sleep, why not get up and get stuff done?
When I had bad insomnia, that's what I did. Or played games.
That said, if I can't sleep now I do just stay in bed and rest as best I can.
Maybe the problem is we're too old to use inomnia usefully now.
