How is this Wonder Woman movie going to be when the actress sounds terrible in Batman vs Superman? I think Chris Pine is going to have 3x as much dialogue to make up for it.
What's with the dodgy CGI stuntman transitions in Batman vs Superman? It's Blade 2 level or The Flash TV series level bad. Jesse Eisenburg sucked ass too. But the script itself was just flat. And needs some comedy too.
Started watching Stranger Things on netflix.
Pretty good homage to 80s movies, looks great. Story when you break it down is very derivative and even shallow, but it all works perfectly.
Started Timeless, a time travel series from Eric Kripke. It's okay, very watchable but not particularly good. I can see this one getting cancelled.
I started Stranger Things as well and am really enjoying it.
That curly haired kid is hilarious.
I started Beyond it premiered on Sunday and the full 1st Season is already On Demand.
It is a story of a guy that wakes up from a 12 year long coma and finds out he has abilities and is remembering things that happened while he was in his coma.

Finished Stranger things, look forward to season 2 but I'm unsure how they can follow this up.
I saw Rogue One, great movie. Really liked it but CGI Cushing was just weird and wrong.
Other than that, there was too much Britishness in this movie. I was recognising actors left right and centre and it broke immersion. And there was the whole mix of regional accents there too, Scots, London, Northerners etc.
Donnie Yen was the best part of the movie. They should have just made it IP Man: Star Wars and had him facing off with Vader.

Disappointing that nothing really stood out. Most of the four star movies are rounded up from a hypothetical 3¾. I might do a Spanish week or fortnight soon. Maybe I should even fill in some of my language gaps (somehow never watched a movie in Portuguese before).

It was on my Netflix queue for a while but never watched it because Netflix was on the Wii U and I had it where it would automatically shut off after an hour.
I bought it on Blu-ray because it was only $5.96 so I figured I might as well purchase it.
It was really good.

Awesome movie.
Dr. strange was great! The action It's like a mix of inception and mortal kombat, they go all out with the magic and the alternate dimensions. It's amazing that we are getting such crazy shit in the movies, I love how marvel goes all in. Strange himself is a great compelling character. As always the movie has a great mix of humor and action. Another great marvel movie.
