Maybe Resident Evil 4 at some point.
Sure does. Hard to believe it's 15 years old.

Yup. Only 10 more years before it'll start fading from it's GC disc.

Steam version FTW.

Kotor 2 on PC has a patch on Steam for the cut content that didn't make the game on Xbox, and full controller and widescreen support. I really want to check it out one of these days.

I've never played more than an hour of DC2, but I bought the PS4 version....it's yet another game waiting to be played. I really could just not buy any new games for a year and still have tons to play. But that's tough to do when you have shit like Zelda and Mass Effect that keep coming out.
Sony has disappointed me with their PS2 line on PS4. They made a huge deal about it, the console has been out for ages now, and they have all of about 40 games on there, out of the, what, like 1000 games that came out on the PS2? They did a nice job on the ones that ARE there, but jesus christ there should be a few hundred by now.
I would like to replay Holy Magic Century on N64. I remember I was supposed to review it nine years ago. It was my first RPG when I played it in 1999.

I got to say one of the bigger disappointments for me this year has been Dark Cloud 2. So much of this game did not age well. All the ideas and concepts in the game - the randomized dungeons, item creation, town building, etc - are much rougher than I remembered. It was so very innovative at the time that I believe nostalgia has made it far rosier than it ever was. All of it has since been improved in other games, and what you're end up with it kind of a messy adventure game that reaches for the stars, but doesn't come close to grabbing them. Oh well, the music is still top-notch if nothing else.
I mostly play games on my backlog.
So far this year of the classics (lets call it any game that came out before gen 7 so 2006)
So far: I beat MGS1 again this year. Good game, doesn't hold up, and older Gagan doesn't love it as much as younger Gagan.
I'm about to play some Swat 4.
Does the Resident Evil remake count?
