Mavs won?! Awesome.  Can't wait to watch it in a couple of days.

Money can't buy you victory.

I'm assuming that Miami is like Real Madrid. Except obviously insignificant in comparison.

Hey let's not pile on, I'm sure Vader is really bummed, since he was going to Finals games and all.

My happiness for the Mavs is founded in playing as them for years in NBA2K[x] and seeing the team get their first ring.  They've also hired some of my favorite players over the years.

The Heat were my team when Shaq was there, and I like Riley from his association with the Lakers, so I'm not hating on them. Too bad the series was essentially a blow-out -- and that I could not see the games live (avoiding the outcomes of live sporting events these days has pretty much become impossible).

It can be done quite easily actually. One doesn't have to expose themselves to media!

As for Vader my commiserations. Nyaa

Since I lived in Dallas and South Florida for equal amounts of time I was surrounded by a bunch of fans from both sides. I for one am just glad it's over now. They were all getting irritating.

That being sad I'm a little glad that Miami lost. I just don't like seeing teams put together like they were (as the Celtics were a few years earlier). I prefer teams that come together a little more organically. Plus, I got to say making fun of Lebron for still not having a ring is kind of fun.

*sigh* Wow here we go again. Vancouver has a loooooong ways to go to get back into this game. At least game 7 will be played in Vancouver if they lose tonight.

Luongo pulled a Lebron.

Sad

I am pulling for him since he was our goalie for so long.
