This was just on the radio. In times of metoo and women standing up to objectification, Lebanon has taken a bold stance. The job description for female police officers now includes that they have to be 'sexy'. There is also a new costume, including white sneakers, short shorts and a red barret. Female officers are also requested to pay attention to their make up, as to not scare off tourists.
Personally, they look like a cross between girl scouts and booth babes. Certainly not someone who has any authorothy.
