Dont know the cause, probably bad posture and a weakening of the muscles.
I use all sorts of devices, wheat bags, hot water bottles, back extenders, massagers, daily pain relievers.
Been seeing a physio recentely and doing excercises, for about 6 weeks or so. It doesn't seem to help.

I'm a huge Lakers fan too, though in recent years I've come to dismiss the NBA because of the poor and subjective officiating. Now I'm more into MLB (Angels, Cubs fan).

Yoga? Or would your exercises be the same thing? And upper or lower?

wow, i thought i was the only one here that felt that way. human voices are very ugly (especially white men's voices) and putting vocals is so very limiting. i also really don't understand how people can listen to crap because they "like the words". it's ridiculous.
i also for the most part dislike "real" instruments in anything except classical (sometimes jazz as well). most humans can't keep time anywhere near as well as a computer program.

So, not a beatbox or tom waits guy then. I'm the opposite. I can't stay focused on a lot of music without vocals, it's kind of weird.

Well, here's something about me:
I'm a HUGE NBA fan.
I follow up on it every season and just love basketball. My favorite team is the Lakers and my favorite players are Dwight "Superman" Howard and Steve Nash.
It's funny when I'm around my fellow nerdy artists/comic buddies. They're all geeks like me and only talk about comics, anime, manga, movies, games, etc. But I'm the only one who tries to talk about sports and they all look at me like they have no idea what I'm talking about!
