I finally got my copy, but I'm going to take a few days to reacquaint myself with the controls and the tracks. By Saturday I'll be happy to violate you guys.

You can clench them all you like, Travo, but there's always room for a green shell.

Dark Souls 2 is really the only GOTY worthy title I can think of. Its going to come down to that, this, Destiny, Dragon Age 3, and The Evil Within.
Right, just Dark Souls 2, that is the only GOTY worthy game this year, this is the second. I am still really confident that DA3 will be the GOTY.
I know it's early days still, but does this have that evergreen feeling of never tiring to play a game or do you think you guys will have had enough of it by the time my copy arrives? It would be great to experience some VGPress multiplayer. I don't think I've had any since ... Tatsunoko vs Capcom.

I wont be playing this game much outside any game nights we do. Single player is so basic, there is no point to any of it.
If anyone is up for some online MK, I'll be awaiting you at about 8-9pm GMT+1 untill about 11pm.
Also, who does everyone race as? I used to race as either Luigi or Dry Bones on Wii. I haven't checked the full roster yet, so I'm still keeping my hopes up for a return of the latter 
. For now I've raced with Koopa Troopa, but it just isn't the same...
