Woo cool panel, so luke will be an angry bitter asshole it seems. The Jedi must end line raises loads and loads of possibilities. Are we going to go beyond the light side and the dark side. What does that book say, is that the first book in Star Wars history? Tons of compelling stuff can be done here.

I'm thinking he wants to forget about dark and light and focus on the force, sort of neutral/grey approach. In order for that to happen, the Jedi must be extinct. That may be the true balance to the force.

I don't think of him as bitter but finally wise to what needs to be achieved.

Apparently Mark Hamill has been lowkey dissing his role and the new films in interviews. I'm not sure if he actually is, because all the clips I've seen where he's doing this don't show the whole interview so there's no context.
I saw the trailer and I was lacking in excitement for it. After they rebooted Star Wars and then I saw the newer one (which was awesome) seeing this trailer was like..... well it's more Star Wars. There's only so much I can get excited for similar looking spaceship battles.

I feel the same way. Though I hated most of the trailers for Force Awakens, the only trailer I liked for it was the final trailer. I'm sure it will be the same for Last Jedi.

What an amazing day! Celebration had it's bad times, liking me being there at 5am and having a line about a mile long and not getting into the live stage with the actors. All morning was just waiting in lines. But the 40th anniversary panel was absolutely insane! They got everyone!!! Lucas was there! He stayed the whole time. Then like an hour in they got luke, 3PO, Lando and Chewie all together and they are like we are missing someone. Everyone gasped. Fucking harrison Ford!!!!!
So then we get the Carrie Fisher tribute, this thing was brutal, people crying everywhere. They bring out her daughter and she gives and amazing speech.
And then they pull back a curtain and Fucking JOHN WILLIAMS is there with an entire orchestra! And he played Leias theme and then goes into a whole concert!
Crazy stuff but I didn't get to see it live so I was bummed out. So I am wandering the hall and I see a stage show going right there in the middle of the hall. I went to take pictures cause the set was cool and all of a sudden "welcome George Lucas and Harrison ford!" I was near the front!!! I saw them right in front of me!
It was just great to be with a bunch Star Wars fans from all over the world, everyone sharing the love of something so special to us.
Tomorrow is TLJ panel, get ready for the trailer!
