The magnesium salt/ Epsom salt baths are interesting though. I think it's been studied to death that they don't really offer any benefits for relaxation that a hot bath on its own doesn't already offer. However, they're often mixed with an essential oil, and between the hot bath and the aroma, those things also can help fight stress.
The more interesting thing about magnesium salt is that you can also use it as a laxative. So if you're really stressed out over not being able to shit for a week, go take a nice hot bath with those salts to relax and loosen your body, and then drink a cup of your bath water at the end. In a short time, you'll be all loosened up and ready to destroy some porcelain.

However, I can go on record and say in all confidence that no, it does not work. And really, most crystals don't offer any benefit other than maybe some cool light refraction.

Is this where I insert the Oreo Robio in a Bathtub video?
I've messed around with them a little bit and didn't notice any immediate benefit. But I didn't give it a super in-depth try where I wore/carried them around for weeks or anything.
I'm really into anything to do with paranormal, occult, supernatural type stuff and crystals are probably some of the least effective and most BS things I've encountered. I put far more weight even into other really iffy things like dowsing rods or tarot cards.
I like salt lamps for the aesthetic. They probably have a relaxing element just handling and looking at them because they're kinda cool, but that's about it.
My dad swore by a magnetic bracelet giving him better range of motion and flexibility as he aged, but I'd say that's up there with crystals too.

It seems to me to be utter bullshit, but I am interested in hearing otherwise. I don't see how a mineral could change your physiology, but then you know my neighbor has a magnesium salt pool, and that is more relaxing than a regular pool.
You don't think uranium can change your physiology?!
