Vader, my suggestion for on the road gaming would be to get into a season mode of a sports game. NBA Live has been a good franchise on the PSP, not sure if they still make it.

EDIT: We went a bit long, so I went back and cut out the Charlie Sheen section, cut-down the 3DS manual downloading etc... The prostitute story got moved to the zinger.
So no one is going to hear about Charlie Sheen's Vatican Warlock Assassin's Game.

C'mon. I know you have at least one Windows machine. Curiously, the media sharing on the PS3 with Windows is superior to the one provided on the 360.
I have a gutted Dell that needs a harddrive and some RAM to get back in running state, then two netbooks. So not really.
