I just finished listening to that on my run (20 minutes ago). I find that that is one of the podcasts I have to listen to carefully. I prefer the question shows rather than the lectures, but this last one was instructive.
That's pretty much the case with any podcast for me. Programming (as long as it's actual coding and not planning or working out the logic) just so happens to fall under mindless enough to be able to pay attention.
Questions are good (I had a question answered on air about Conficker), but I like the news segments. Security doesn't get covered well at all in news outlets.
