Congrats on finishing the game GG.

I'm not sure if we get any resolution to the story ending as I still have stuff to do. It may just end up being something leading up to a sequel perhaps.

I'm also not sure about that stuff you get at the end. There's still a lot of aspects to the game that I've yet to fully delve into.

I think those special missions are accessible at the console in the round middle room in the barracks, where you get division rewards and use reward tickets.

I check-out that console, it's all online stuff.

I'm pretty sure that it's in a cave that you enter somewhere near the outside of NLA but I can't check right now so I'm not exactly sure where. It might be close to the West gate. Go to the West gate entrance and try searching along the edges of NLA going to the North.

Still can't find it Sad

Yeah but you can handle higher level enemies fairly easily with level 60 Intergalactic ultimate weapons and gear plus using powerful augments and raising gear properties.

How did you just happen to have all the materials needed for the Ares 90? Is it the most powerful skell in the game?

These level 60 Intergalactic ultimate weapons are they the skell weapons you have to develop yourself with materials? Is there some ultimate ground gear you can use or are skells the only way to beat some of the more powerful monsters?

And 100'000 miranium? Tips plz.

Xenowikia says you can equip a level 60 skell to be more powerful than an Ares 90.

I just set my holograms in the barracks. The special figures all remind you of missions done ! So good.

You have to strategically place your storage, duplicator, and booster probe placements so that you can hold 100k or more of miranium. I used guide in the gamefaqs forum for that.

Seriously how the fuck did you get all the materials for an Ares 90? I've been reading up on these items and they're insane to get. Even reward tickets aren't enough. Some are mission exclusive, some require you to beat massive asshole world bosses. How the fuck did you do this? I can't even get through the forum 'advice' people have written up on the internet.

I bought most of the items with reward tickets. The two golden hearts and silver cores I definitely used reward tickets on. The other ones weren't that difficult to get from their respective enemies.

Time mission exclusive enemies for these items? End boss satellite killing?

This stuff is crazy. I'm just going to buy a level 50 frame instead.

I used a couple of pictures to get optimum cash and miranium layouts but I am missing a few probes I need to get it perfect. I'm raking in about 78'000 miranium but I need to get that to 100k.

So I decided to pay  5 million for a level 50 skell because farming the materials for a level 60 was nigh on impossible.

Gathering the materials for these super intergalactic weapons and skell frames is insane. Especially as the game does not signpost any of it. You should be able to undertake the mammoth task like a complicated mission with stages and DIRECTION INDICATORS on the map.

Instead you have to dig deep into the ass-end of the internet to find out what these items are and how to get them and even then some are nigh on impossible to get. For instance for a certain lv 30 intergalactic super weapon you have to have items that are only availiable from a story specific mission in mission 6. Obviously I have completed the story and cannot go back in time to go back and farm these items.

There are always reward tickets to buy these items  but they are not cheap.

So I spent a couple of hours researching and having to write up bloody notes on how to get the items for the two most powerful skells. I will post them shortly and they should prove useful to anybody else who wants to get the maximum powered skell.

So the layout is:

Item / (how many required) / How you get it / How many reward tickets it costs for the required number of items in total

EXC stands for Exclusive i.e mission exclusive

My disbelief at Archie getting the Ares 90 is because it would cost 8320 reward tickets to purchase all the materials. If you were to farm the materials yourself there are still mission or time mission exclusive items that you would have to purchase and for those items you MUST BUY it would cost 4632 reward tickets. I haven't unlocked this Twin dolls time mission so once you have that you can minus the 2520 tickets you would need for the 12 Crude Neinail Masks.

I personally only have 1300 reward tickets because I have been using them for basic gathering missions. Had I known you would need them for the end skells I would not have used them.

So for the Andusias Hades skell which can be equipped with weapons to be more powerful than the Ares 90 it would cost 6996 in total for reward tickets and only for the MUST BUY items, 2100 reward tickets.

So that is my aim, but how I'm going to reap 700 more reward tickets I do not know. Leave the Wii U on 24 hours a day to collect reward tickets?

In the end I decided to buy a level 50 skell, all the max level 60 skells require all these rare items. But cash, I have on hand and can always earn more of. I figure this skell will make it easier to kill the Xe-doms and Seidrs to get the materials to make these super skells.

My other option would be to pay 294 reward tickets and do some farming to get a frame level 30 super weapon that deals 188'000 damage in one hit which is 5.6x more powerful as a G-Buster which is my current most powerful skell weapon. But I only have 1300 reward tickets and if I want to spend on an Andusias Hades I need to save those for that.

So now with my lv 50 Andusias and the most powerful conventional weapon has a 33'000 attack power. Not great. But I can equip two of them.

Save your highest level probes for these two continents.

I had nearly 7,000 reward tickets when I first finished the game so I wasn't too far off from the Ares 90. I didn't know what I'd need for it until it became available to me. I guess I was just fortunate for having so much because of the way I played the game. I didn't find it too difficult to get Seidr Control Devices, Advanced Cores, and Upgraded Lens.

Also for those one time story missions you can redo them but I never tried that yet. They're at the control console in the barracks.

I don't know why you would have much difficulty finding anything about this game on the Internet, I can find most anything about it pretty easily. Just type 'Xenoblade Chronicles X' and then whatever you are particularly looking for ie 'advanced core' or whatever and you'll usually get a bunch stuff on it, mostly from GameFAQS and the wikia.

This is what I'm trying to work out. How did you end up with 7000 tickets and I end up with something like 1800? I assume you played online squad missions because reading up on them that seems to be the only way to earn them. I played the whole game as a single player game and was randomly awarded reward tickets from the online activity of the Curator division. What division were you and did you play online squad missions at all?

I don't see them. What console? The one in the center is for skells and changing the visual look of the barracks, the one at the back is for online activity.

What about these time attack missions? Do you have them? When do they unlock and are they missions you can repeat again and again to get materials?

Nowhere on the internet is the information collected in one place, in the way I have written it. With all the diferent materials required for these super weapons, I have to check six or seven materials, then search up where they are, then search up what you get them from.

So Skell search > item search >item location > not listed so search diffferent website

Then again for each item:

So Skell search > item search >item location > not listed so search diffferent website

So Skell search > item search >item location > not listed so search diffferent website

So Skell search > item search >item location > not listed so search diffferent website

So Skell search > item search >item location > not listed so search diffferent website

Multiple times for each super weapon/skell frame, to even see if they are feasible to attain.

I shouldn't have to have a laptop open next to me to collect this shit and play a game. If the internet didn't exist there are large parts of this game you would never be able to do without buying a printed guide book.

I love this game but the poor signposting and completely unmarked, undocumented way you have to collect random materials with no idea where anything is, is a complete mess in the end game when all you want to do is buy a great mech and slay the remaining tyrants in the game.

I have also been doing the gathering missions again, again - having to do item internet searches too. And even if you know where an item is suppossed to be, IT'S NOT EVEN THERE! Because items have percentage chances of how often they appear or are dropped I have literally driven over the sameHEX segment for over an hour hoping to randomly hear that ping for when you actually collect an item you need for a basic gathering mission.

Even with the gathering missions where you farm from killing creatures, I have killed a fuck load of those fishes for instance near White Phosperrous lake - and despite re-fast travelling for new spawns and killing about 30 in a row ad-infinitum I only got one of the material from them - for which I needed 6 of. I could buy those with reward tickets of course but I need them apparently if I am to stand any chance of getting a super skell.

You know what makes driving about collecting materials worse? Mortifoles and Blattas, the worst two enemies in the game which are near invisible and which you randomly run over with your skell which means you have to get up and kill them before you can continue gathering materials or treasures.

I always played in online mode, you know whenever you first start your game you are asked to select between the three modes, single player, online, and friends online. I always chose the middle online option because I saw no reason not to. You still play the game as usual in in the single player but you get all the benefits of reward tickets as well. They are received by doin the Squad Tasks which pop up in the bottom right and consist of five objectives like kill certain number of enemy types or collect a number of certain items. I started playing as Prospectors then switched over to another, can't remember right now, later on. They just give you other rewards periodically though, I don't think that they affect reward tickets. I only did a handful of online missions with other players but they give you some other stuff, not sure if they give you tickets.

The Squad Tasks are done by everyone on the server that you get put on when you play online. You get more tickets by helping complete the tasks but you also get some tickets even if other people complete the tasks.

You should be able to redo the one time story battles by going to the console in the round middle room in your barracks, the console where you use your reward tickets and collect division rewards. They should become available as soon as your done that initial story mission or battle.

I found the time attack missions where you pick up online quests in the barracks.

Good find, great find actually. Should make it much easier to get these materials.

Why can't the game just tell you this stuff? Game is so deep, has so much stuff but so much is undocumented. How the heck anyone does the heart to hearts without a guide I do not know. Some require a pet cat or dog, but you are never told this. The location is totally not signposted anywhere, the times you can view them are restricted, it just goes on and on.
