Why does this remind me of Metal Gear solid?
Battle video. Can't understand shit but it looks exciting and involving.
Near the end when a character gets owned, apparently, that didn't actually happen, the main dude used mind read and got a vision of what the enemy would do, so before that happened he used a shield skill or whatever and avoided the ownage altogether. So it wasn't just showing alternate versions but actual gameplay. Sweet.
