I read the King's Story. Sounds good. Not much more to say.
Fable 2 was in EGM too. They say its looking like it delivers on most of its hype this time. I loved the first game so I can't wait. There's these skeleton dudes with neon blue eyes that look totally badass.

Fable is a game I want to love but can't get hyped for. At the moment, after HOTD 2 and 3 I'm more preoccupied with getting ghost squad for a pittance.
Major crisis here. I'm having a serious tech problem I never faced before and it's the first time the internet has let me down in that i haven't found a solution within 2 minutes of googling (in fact it's been at least two hours).
The issue at hand is this: Something makes my computer unable to recognise any device plugged into its USB ports.
I tried connecting my psp this morning to put some more music files to play on Beats but what happened when i asked it to make a USB connection is it just said "Please wait" ... FOREVER! After a couple of hours of thinking this was a problem with my PSP and trying everything with it and looked for a PSP solution on the internet, i started trying other USB cables and then other USB devices and realised that none of them were recognised. Not my MP3 player, not my flash disks, not my camera ... you get the picture.
So far I haven't been able to do anything about this and i've tried most of what I found suggested on forums, youtube etc. it's really starting to piss me off. This is just so annoying. If anyone can help me I would be ever so grateful.
By the way, thanks to the updates and discussion of the last few days (which I know I took no part in) my anticipation for many games like Mushroom Men, Little King's Story, even deBlob has grown a great deal. So ... thanks!
Check the device manage (Control Panel->System, Hardware Tab, Device Manager) and go down to Universal Serial Bus controllers and expand it to see if there are any question marks beside the items. Any that are, right click and choose Uninstall. They will reinstall automatically on restart.
If there aren't any and you've got a working PS/2 mouse and keyboard, start uninstalling the USB Root Hubs, then restart.

Have been playing God of War: Chains of Olympus and I have to say it's a real let-down. While technically impressive it's such a 'by numbers' action game which makes it so bland and boring. And it's also almost the exact same game as the first GoW. Which puts to question whether that was such a good game to begin with or whether I just bought into the hype. Just boring. A purchase I regret, and this was supposedly the game to make me love my psp... bleh.
Ninja Gaiden on the DS (the two were often compaired upon release) was such a refreshing and fun experience, and controlling such a game strictly with the stylus was just really really enjoyable.
God, don't you just love how we finally get games last?
Yep, Kings story winter for US and Japan, Spring 09 for Pal territories. Scweet.

The difference is, BIA is based on a few games that scored 9/10 on Xbox. And could be the best shooter on Wii if it was done right.
Yah, but did you see the only screens released from this game, that weren't Xbox faked Wii screens? The game has gone from development to release with not one preview, barely more than 5 screens and no video whatsoever. There are also rumours that the double pack has been shortened to just one single game. Gearbox also did not handle it, they outsourced it to a developer so that this is their first FULL game.
Not only that the game has been done for quite some time and they held it back to release it at the same time as the big brother versions, hoping that it would somehow get associated with the new games' quality.

Did you see those dead space video, did ya see them...So much greatness, so much footage, sensory overload!
I agree. It looks like Resident Evil 4: System Shock edition. A must have for me. Also Glem of Force looks interesting.
Great, now I have to watch them.

I don't remember Tintin as an Ultimate Fighting Champ
You got to cut down on the quote trees Foolz. Just highlight the stuff you want to get rid of and hit the delete key.

It was like, 11pm.
I think the difference between London and Melbourne is something like 7 hours - that's ahead of you.

EGM also gave Nintendo the "Outstanding achievement in Core Audience Neglect" E3 award.
