I've been on the fence about this game for a long time now. Being able to play a free demo at home should help greatly in deciding whether it's my kind of game or not.

The Apple iPad will cost £389 for a 16GB model, with the 32GB WiFi model available for £439 and the 64GB WiFi model will be available for £489.
That's according to a 'tip' from a source over on Geeky Gadgets.
The 16GB WiFi iPad will retail for $499 in the US,while the 32GB WiFi iPad will be $599. The 64GB WiFi iPad is $699 in the territory.
The source added that the UK is 'more likely to get the iPad in the UK in April as opposed to March which is currently being quoted on Apple's website.'

i've been meaning to play it, but demon's souls has been devouring my gaming time these last few weeks. and i can only have one console connected to the TV at any given time. i'm definitely not done with it though, will definitely play some TvsC next time the wii gets connected

I agree with Grammaton so much now (on topics outside of Nintendo for the most part), it is so nice to have him on your side, he does all the arguing for you. All i need to do is say stuff like "yup", "what he said"

The concept of offering something for free is alien to them.
Playing demo's and beta's for games you are going to buy anyway is a waste of time. There are many people that do not know what MH franchise is about in the West, so a demo makes sense. Galaxy 2 demo does not.

I wouldn't say that. Sure for most people playing a demo for a game that they know they are going to buy is really just to help pass the time until the game comes out but having a demo available will only help increase sales for those who haven't heard of the game or want-not. I would imagine this to be especially true for the more casual people who have the Wii. It would be a great way for Nintendo to introduce them to more traditional types of games. For instance say there are 50 million Wii owners and 10 million will eventually get SMG2 at some point in time then why not have a demo that could potentially get some of those other 40 million users interested.Are you serious?! Do you really think the casual audience do not know Mario? Everyone knows Mario, there is a no way a demo would help to raise awareness.
Plus how do you know if the casual audience even plays demo's or have the Wii connected online?
If you want a demo for Galaxy 2 play Galaxy 1.
Demo's are better served for niche games like LKS, Muramasa, a boy and his blob, de blob, Zangeki whatever the name is and Dizastuuh.
Played some NSMB Wii and I love it, great stuff. What can I say it's classic Mario, well "new" classic Mario.
Yeah I'm serious. Sure most people know who Mario is but that doesn't necessarily mean that they have ever played a Mario game or know what kind of game SMG is. Buying SMG 1 to see if you're going to like SMG 2 would be a pretty silly waste of money especially since Nintendo seems to be extremely reluctant to lower prices on their games. I never said demos for more less known games would likely serve them better but surely a demo for more well known games would serve them quite well also especially with the more casual portion of the Wii userbase. Also I never assumed that I know if they would play demos or are connected online or not I simply said the potential was there. I fail to see how a demo for SMG2 would be anything but positive.Yeah. That's why I never argue or debate with him. I don't blow smoke up his butt but I just try to agree with him. But when I disagree I just don't reply or bother. Because chances are, he'll win every argument even though I'm right!
