I definitely care about FIBA and basketball. I was watching the Turkey VS USA game while browsing through the football scores.

I'm still a basketball fan more than American football. I do like some football but not as much as my crazy fanatic cousins who have their noses stuck to their iPhones every Sunday checking scores for their Fantasy Football!

I like your cousins.

The thing about FIBA is that it isn't the best competition, that is what the NBA is for. In terms of country vs country isn't that what the olympics is for. It seems to serve no purpose, the best players do not play in the FIBA championship.

Are those RE screens really real-time? I know everyone says it is but until I see it with my own eyes, I won't be completely convinced right now. But if it is real than that's pretty darn amazing.

They aren't random, today Capcom told us about their MT Mobile framework 3DS engine, which RE Revelations uses. Those screens show how the effects are used.

What are you on lately? Those are Goldeneye screens.

Revelations is the first game to use MTFM, said Takeuchi. "[Revelations] is a completely new project that we started up after hearing about the 3DS. It's not a project that was progressing on separate hardware and was moved to the 3DS."

Our first glimpse at Revelations came through an E3 trailer. Regarding this, Takeuchi said "The images since the game's E3 unveiling have all been real time rendered on the 3DS development hardware. It seems as though people didn't believe us at first, but we'd like you to know that the 3DS is capable of this level of expressive power."

NWR: Since n-Space has been all over the DS, have you thought about the 3DS at all?

TN: We saw the 3DS at E3. We were lucky enough to bump into Hideki Konno, who was the producer initially on Geist and also is the father of the 3DS. Konno-san ushered us into the 3DS area and skipped the line on the first day. It was just one of those things where everybody who sees it says the same thing. You have to see if to believe it.

So, we can't officially talk about anything 3DS-wise, so I can't confirm or deny anything, but I can just say we're really really excited about it. I think it's going to sell amazingly well, and it's an amazing system. I mean, ignoring the 3D effect, just how powerful it is. People are going to have their minds blown.

^Yeah I heard Shane Bettenhausen from Ignition this week say that the 3DS is more powerful than the PSP. It's going to be a trip. Still wonder about the price.

I'm not disagreeing with you. I know that here in the US, we don't care about FIBA as much as Football especially on the first NFL Sunday.

But just saying that I cared about the basketball world championships. I know that the NBA's best didn't participate like Kobe, LeBron, Wade, Howard, and the international NBA stars like Dirk, Pau Gasol, Steve Nash, Ginobli, etc didn't play either. But it was still great because we saw how good Kevin Durant is. Also, as a Lakers fan, it's good to see Lamar Odom do well and win a gold.

Maybe I'm the only one in America that cared or watched it!

I am not saying people didn't care, its a cool sporting event I just feel its bonus basketball. Something extra to hold off until the season starts. Its not a major event that showcases the best of the sport, thats what I am trying to say. Durant showed he is in the top elite of the basketball world, it was literally him at one level and everyone else in that tournament on another level.

We need him to join the Heat now.
