I know they are focusing entirely on 3DS right now, and I can't blame them, if it is the successor to the best selling system of all time, but c'mon! Throw Wii owners a bone!

^ That bone Nintendo is throwing us is a $249 portable Wii--er, I mean 3DS.
Remember when the 3DS was announced and I said: Nintendo has always wanted to do a 3D system. They've achieved this now. What if this is the one and only focus now. I know it's far fetched, but seeing a year's worth of nothing ahead of us for the Wii... it's kinda making me think...

@leo i played the demo of me2 that game isn't even a rpg just a 3rd person shooter with light rpg. i bought dao used so i may return it or put up with it and whine.
@steel haha i swear i have a odd taste in gaming there so many loved american games that sicken me but then again i always be a japanese gamer suck in a american body bag.

I wouldn't be against it. I'm tired of Nintendo's games being split across two platforms, especially at current system prices. Pick one and be done with it. They'd have a hell of a time trying to recreate Wii's success in the console market again next-gen anyway, and going HD would significantly raise their development costs, which is something Nintendo has been avoiding for years. Going handheld exclusive would solve those issues. We'll see.
Funny thing about Nintendo.
They can go from Zero to Hero just by localizing some games.
I am talking about Last Story, Xenoblade, Zangenki, Fatal Frame
and the very best Captain Rainbow.

It's not so crazy as it first seems. This whole business (gaming and tech) has changed so much in the last 5 years, who knows where it will end up?
What Agnates said I agree with, which makes sense since what he said is what he and I have been going on about for months now (as it pertains to Nintendo's Wii release strategy and our hopes for it).
I can't help but think that Nintendo is leaning off the Wii for the first half of the year -- I mean $50 spent on a Wii game is $50 less you have for buying a 3DS -- might also explain the flurry of late year hits we got from Nintendo last year - Kirby, Metroid, DK - they were clearing the plate for the 3DS launch window.
I do feel smug about myself.
