Bulletstorm review is up dick heads.

Rescued my married character's children in Fire Emblem: Awakening and now there's nothing standing between me and the rest of the game (Save about 15 DLC maps I can play whenever I feel like it). That only took a month or so. I've said it once and I'll say it again: If you call yourself a Nintendo fan and you DON'T own this game, you're doing it wrong.
Leo are the DLC maps free?

Listen to Wu-Tang and watch Kung-Fu
No. They are around $2.50 apiece, if I remember correctly, but there's a discount if you buy all three maps in a pack at one time. These maps aren't at all necessary to enjoy the game, and feature mostly obscure FE characters that weren't even seen before in the West, but they are there if you decide you want more of the game. I do. You will find other characters (Ike, Eirika, Marth and Roy and their respective Companies) who you can recruit into your army too, IF you decide to delve into the DLC.
I read in some reviews that the characters one recruits through those missions add quite a lot. What bothers me is that Nintendo no longer accepts my credit cards so there is no way for me to add easy points. If they don't want my money they don't want my money

Actually, on second thought, there is one map pack I do recommend highly. It's one of the earliest that has a map that earns you extra experience and one that earns extra gold. I am playing on Hard and don't think I would have been half as successful without these two to grind on and earn more money... Sounds like a rip-off, but the game is not impossible without them, they just make it more fun to grind, and I actually appreciate them more than find them offensive.
There's one and only one character who you NEED to recruit through side-missions and that is Donnel...
...he turns out to be the BEST character in the game and one of my favorite FE characters EVER!

Best of all, he is a part of the MAIN game, not DLC, and everyone/anyone can recruit him!
The band is Fear Factory, Edgecrusher is the song. And yes. lol

So my internet is slowed again.
I am playing walking dead, part way through an episode. If I play offline and then go back online again does taht screw up my progress and or achievements?
Oh ok. The song is umm... interesting...
The Nintendo stuff is fascinating,
Nintendo posted a $360 Million Operating Loss, far worse than anyone predicted. The net income shows profit only cause of yen ffluctuations and other investments.

NDS - 0 hardware, 10m software

Interesting chart
So they were projecting 15 million WU sold by now right? And they got 9? Or are the projecting and addition 9 this year?
Thier forcast is ridiculous. 9 million Wii U in the next year, good luck with that.
Nice sum up of what happened with Nintendo last year. Post from gaf:
Nintendo's initial FY 2013 predictions:
Net sales: 820,000
Operating income: 35,000
Ordinary income: 35,000
Net income: 20,000
Nintendo's most recent FY 2013 predictions:
Net sales: 670,000
Operating income: -20,000
Ordinary income: 20,000
Net income: 14,000
The reality (announced today):
Net sales: 635,422
Operating income: -36,410
Ordinary income: 10,482
Net income: 7,099
(in millions of yen)
Operating income is the most important metric for Nintendo that defines the health of the company.
Negative numbers = Operating loss = bad news.
Few more things
TTM after 9 quarters on sale:
3DS Hardware: 13.95
NDS Hardware: 21.18
3DS Software: 49.61*
NDS Software: 107.85**
* This does not include eshop titles
** This does not include DSiWare.
Damn, didnt know it was so far behind DS.
So did they disclose worldwide u sales to date?
I believe that is 9 million additionaly this coming year. I dont know where you got the 15m number. They predicted 4.5M this past year, they got more like 3.5M.
You are right. Check this article out though. It's even worse than what they thought in January. As of January they had sold 3 million globally. So they sold 500K since then. 125,000 K a month worldwide?
Yes in the first quarter this year the Wii U sold...
390k units. 3 months. Worldwide.
Holy shit.
