I broke down and got the Wii version because I wanted to unlock all the Nintendo nostalgia items. I loved collecting the figurines in the GC version.
Waste of $50. Unless you can play it local multiplayer there is no reason to get a game like this.
Epic is starting to look pretty RARE and not well done.
Internet cap reached.
In the old days I used to be able to limp on and use the slowed down internet for a few days, but these days the internet is so media rich (and designed for broadband) that I don;t even bother turning on my computer.
Which one? FF?
I was going to ask if anyone is going to start up FFXiv. I only have a month so I wanted to make sure I join up when others play. So just let me know when you want to start.
Aspro, podcast segment when? Now I have some things to say on infamous
Yes! FFXIV!
This is from the Tomodachi Life Direct.
Sorry about that they weren't showing up on my other computer.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
Although I love open-world, superhero games, I was not that crazy about inFAMOUS 2. I found it sloppy. The morality system was absolutely ridiculous, and I hated the way you would stick to every last thing when you were simply trying to jump around in the environment. Don't remember exactly, but I think there was a refinery or something near the end of the game where I kept on getting killed because I would try to jump and dodge out of the way of attacks and I kept on sticking to things I didn't want to. Didn't like most of the characters, didn't like the way it ended.
I think Sucker Punch just got lucky once or twice. They kinda got a following with Sly Cooper and inFAMOUS 1; Sony made them a second party because of that, but they aren't that great a development team.
That being said, I was looking forward to inFAMOUS: Second Son just to have something to play on the PS4, but I honestly haven't played it more than once now that I have it. I have been content with PS3 games: CastleVania, Dragon's Crown, Dark Souls II.
I even have Ground Zeroes and haven't touched that more than once too! Looking forward to FF maybe turning the trend around, or the PS4 may turn into a download only, indie-game box!
I love the first trilogy of Sly games. All 3 of them (even though I haven't finished the 3rd yet). Haven't played any infamous yet though (but I have the PS3 ones ... 1 & 2)

SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
PS: There are 85 games on that list of games coming to PAX East.
PPS: The 4 Wii U games are downloadables, not retail.
That's pretty much the best incentive I can think of for having kids. You've got someone to play a game with whether they want to or not. And in a few more years I fully expect to be saying this:
"I don't give a damn, if you need to study. I don't care if you want to play outside with your friends. You sit your ass down, and play Katamari Damacy with me with. We have co-op trophies to earn!"
Is that good or bad?
4% of the games shown at the show are for Wii U. That's pretty bad. I was going to count the breakdown for everything else but it was too redundant. Most are for PC, next for mobile, next for last gen, then for next gen, then for Wii U and Vita.
By the way, Wii U owners who do not own Duck Tales Remastered already. . . GO GET IT!!! It's on sale for $7.50. That's right, $7.50. I'm half tempted to delete my account just so I can rebuy it at this price. That's how good the game is, and that's how good this deal is!
From what I've heard, is PAX East even something to give a shit about this year? I thought a lot of the big companies backed out from it (i.e. Nintendo and Sony).
Most of the remaining devs and publishers are there.
I'll get it when it's $0.75.
This might sound like a strange question, but I am curious: Does anyone here get "back-up" consoles just in case your current one dies? I pretty much know the answer for Aspro, but anyone else?
