Making Advance Wars serious killed it for me. And probably killed the series.
It was a misstep but I wouldn't say it killed the series. At least not for me, I would so welcome some 3DS Advance Wars. Loved those games to bitd even if Days of Ruin was not as great as the other three.
I tried playing Battalion Wars but I can't get into it.
Checking out what Nintendo had on the eShop yesterday and I was shocked to see that they still do not have a Gamecube section in the Virtual Console (Goes to show how often I look). N64 yes. Wii yes. Gamecube, no. A bit ridiculous. You would assume Super Mario Sunshine at the very least would be a downloadable game by now.
Where else are they going to pluck the HD remasters from?
Very true, especially since BK Origins was never even released in Europe in the first place.
I'd love to have Skies of Arcadia Legends as well, though most people consider that a DC game.
Love me a nice JRPG during Christmas. May try to get back into DQV though on the DS but I always leave it so long that I forget whatever I was meant to be doing and I don't want to start that game from scratch once more (done it way too many times)
Oh that's right...during the Gamecube days you guys were still getting screwed more than North America. It was during the Wii era when NOA turned into the worst branch of Nintendo. Skies of Arcadia definitely needs more respect.

But they've only done two fucking remasters. I wish they would remaster Sunshine and the Prime Trilogy at the very least.
Agree with both. Splatoon reminds me of how much fun Sunshine is. And who wouldn't like a Prime Trilogy remaster? I've already triple dipped with the Prime games. I'd do it again for a HD version.

Awesome new Megadeth video. Now this is the Megadeth that I love. I was disappointed with their last album Super Collider but this already sounds much better.
Supposedly Santa is bringing it to me (alongside another game which seems polular in these parts ). I don't know however if it will get to me in time or that it won't get lost in the post in all the Christmas rush.
Speaking of Christmas when did everyone's family open presents. My family used to open them in the middle of the night between Christmas Eve and Christmas morning.
My parents used to wake us up between 1 AM and 3 AM to open presents. We would play with the presents for a little bit then go back to sleep.
I moved to another house a few days ago. Assholes from the phone/internet company are still waiting on their balls to reach the proper diameter before going to my new place and change my stuff. Sat TV dudes were much quicker.
This means I am hoboing my cellphone data plan to browse stuff from the ipad. Everytime I see a gif when loading up a page I silently weep.
With all of the moving madness I haven't even been able to play anything.

I'm tempted to post massive XCX gifs.

That would have saved my parents a lot of hassle. I remember when I was 6 years old I went into my parents room at 1 AM, and every single hour afterwards asking if it was time to open presents yet.

I think that is why we started it my older siblings used to bother my parents repeatedly asking that same question.
They waited until around 1 AM so they could say wake up Santa came already.
Though after we stopped believing in Santa we opened the presents earlier.
Now that my nephews believe in Santa they live across the street from us so we open presents in the morning when my sister comes over for coffee.

Well, making Akuma a main character is a damn good way to make sure a Tekken game gets noticed.

Splatoon needs a Mario Sunshine level.
Whoa. I totally geeked out on that Tekken 7 trailer with Akuma. Awesome looking trailer as well, can't wait for this game.
