I've played a little bit of Mario Galaxy 2, but I really spent most of my weekend watching stuff on the Netflix channel. I caught up on all of the episodes of Lie To Me that I missed (great show you should be watching it).
I've been waiting for a price drop on this so I couldn't pass it up! I guess that'll be what I'll be playing!
And currently still playing Peace Walker (which is awesome), finishing up FFXIII, and still playing MW2 with my bro and friends.

MS conference is ruined.
Here is the 360 Slim
Released in an italian ad you can see here.
The ad also reveals the name of Natal. It is called Kinect. Not kinetic, just kinect like connect.
The ad stats the slim will have:
HD 250 GB
WIFI Embedded
Compatible with Kinect
Okay, not a tech demo, but how about a proof of concept?
Mexico -- okay I never got that far. I need to go back to it.
Also, I wonder what the price is. I don't care for Natal but I wonder if the stand-alone price is $199 or $299.
Finally it looks like a game console and not a PC desktop!
Also, the BIGGEST thing I want to know is its reliability. Which means you can finally get a 360 DVader if they solved the RRoD problem!

That 360 slim looks awesome. I wonder if it is HDMI? (Are they all HDMI now). Now I want my 360 to break (for a change).
Also...
The latest Nintendo Power gave Arc Rise Fantasia a 7.5, which is a pretty good score. But it's not the score that got my attention but what they said about the game.
They claimed that Arc Rise Fantasia is the closest thing to having a Tales of Symphonia on the Wii, even more so than Dawn of the New World was. This is interesting because Dawn of the New World is obviously the sequel so that compliment to Arc Rise Fantasia is a pretty darn good one.
I guess NP is basically claiming that Arc Rise Fantasia is the best JRPG on the Wii so far, that is until Last Story and Xenoblade comes out. I'm just glad to hear the game is pretty good. Tales of Symphonia was a real memorable game since it was practically the best JRPG on the console. So to see that Arc Rise Fantasia follows its tradition is refreshing news.
It's only one review but it's still good to know.
Day one purchase for me. The Wii lacks JRPGs so I'm getting this game.

I think it could be fake. We'll see.
So many rumors though:
PSP2
Wii Hi-Fi
XBOX 360 Slim
and maybe Sony will drop another bomb with another PS3 design!

Its an ad, a real MS ad. How is it fake?
Unless its a rap album.
Though Microsoft won't reveal which games will launch with the device until Monday, last month it did show off four "tech demos" to a handful of journalists at its campus here. One can only assume that those games will become part of the package. The lineup is expected to include:
River Rush: What Shaun White would want in real-life river rafting, players instead can indulge in the vicarious thrill on their living room rug. Steering a virtual raft past waterfalls, rocks and other obstacles requires lots of jumping and leaning. The graphics are similar to what you'd find in snowboarding games, with giant visual cues telling players where they can go so they won't get lost. The mini-game is designed to encourage anyone to jump in and play without having to read a manual.
Ricochet: Prepare to break a sweat. Players use their arms, legs, feet and head to block a frantic barrage of soccer-sized balls. Microsoft showed an early version of this game during last year's Electronic Entertainment Expo. The latest iteration lets two people play simultaneously. Using facial recognition software, the camera checks who is playing and pulls up their personal avatars on the screen. The feature would, for example, let parents control which games their kids can play. If the console sees that the person playing is associated with a profile with parental controls, it will restrict the types of games that can be played.
Living Statue: One small step for Xbox, one giant leap for Microsoft's social media strategy. This game lets players record their avatars dancing and singing karaoke-style, then e-mail the video masterpiece to their friends. The company has long nurtured its ambitions for its Xbox Live online game service, which has 23 million active users, to become a virtual watering hole for people who play video games. Living Statue is the latest attempt to encourage its players to check into Xbox Live and make friends.
Obstacle Course: This imaginatively named title is exactly what it suggests. Players pull, dodge and jump their way through a series of levels resembling what you would find at summer camp, sans the mosquitoes.
In addition, there will be about a dozen more Natal-licensed titles from other game developers unveiled Monday and Tuesday, but Microsoft has forbidden the publishers from uttering a word about them until after its own news conference Monday morning.
We saw two of these in that Parade video,
^I hear you, but with txt becoming the default means of communication, particularly in that demo, I don;t think spelling is as important as it once was (look at all the web company names).
Kinnect also ties in with Microsofts Windows 7 phone the Kin.

As for whether this is a fake -- no way.
The single best drive design ever was the GameCube. Pop-open top, plus the center buttons releases the disc easily. These tray and slide-in drives require the system to power on first.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileMove on the other hand looks like it can work pretty well with FPSs. If it works, it can be revolutionary, something the Wii couldn't do.
