is that moon patrol? i never knew there was an atari version of that game. the arcade version was one of my favourite games back in the day. loved it, and was very good at it (could complete more than two whole trips)

Yep, that's Moon Patrol. It's one of my favorite Atari games. It even has the background music, which can be turned on/off with the left difficulty switch. Why anyone would turn off that awesome music is beyond me, though.

Moon Patrol on Atari was great, but Pac-Man was just awful. It was a sorry port of an amazing game. Even at 5 years old I knew that game sucked.
Pitfall and Kaboom still win as the best 2600 games though.
