Available in stores from February, in plenty of time for the 3DS launch, iMP Gaming is bringing two cases for your new 3DS, (which will also handily fit your DS Lites and DSis), which we thought may be of interest to those of you with something of a cute obsession - like us. The two cases, one with a cute beagle puppy design and the other with a cuddly ginger tabby cat, certainly have the "aww" factor in spades. Look at the paws!


As iMP Gaming assure us "The Beagle case will be in high demand - make no bones about it, and the Tabby Kitty will have gamers everywhere clawing to get there hands on one" - and, awful puns aside, they certainly are cute...

Designed with the release of Nintendogs + Cats in mind, the cases not only protect your 3DS from dust and scratches, but also come complete with a handy storage compartment that fits 3 games or SD cards. Each comes in packaging unique to each of the designs - the dog comes in a kennel, and the cat in one of those vet's carry cases that every cat, and cat owner, knows and loves so well...


Scheduled for shops from February and priced at £12.99 each, the cases raise an interesting question - would you release cases for a console that isn't out yet? Or does it mean that the 3DS launch is closer than we think? Hopefully things will be clearer when we return from the Nintendo 3DS event in Amsterdam - stay tuned for new info.

Playing Darksiders and wow this game is great. Some God of War, a bit of Devil May Cry, and a hint of Zelda.

The game looks great in 1080p and with my SSD there are literally no load times. My only complaint is that it isn't always a smooth 60fps as it drops once in a while.

So Nintendo is actually going to release Xenoblade AND The Last Story over here? Well color me shocked. I'd say thank you Nintendo, but I shouldn't have to say thank you to a hardware maker for releasing the best games on its platform (that's low on major releases) worldwide; it should simply be automatic. If they release these two games plus the new Zelda this year, I'll be satisfied.

Now why couldn't they be bothered to release Fatal Frame 4 or Disaster over here? I don't get it. And what the fuck happened to Pikmin fucking 3? I expected that game 3 years ago.

I'm honestly surprised Sony is even going to try with another handheld. The 3DS has way too much positive buzz, they're going to get obliterated regardless of whether it has better tech or not.

Uncharted 2 embodies exactly the type of game I love the most, third-person action/adventure type games.  I realized that the games I'm looking forward to the most are like this, Batman, Gears3 and ME3 to an extent.

My favorite genre as well though I am more of a fan of those that offer more freedom and have more puzzles. Mass Effect is an interesting game cause I did feel like ME2 officially crossed over into the action game category but kept many RPG elements, mainly the sturcture of the game allowing you to explore a huge universe. Its the mix I have been waiting for and the result is one of my favorite games ever. I am not saying all RPGs should be action but when it fits it works in magical ways.

The Mass Effect series is my favorite franchise from this generation. Games are so immersive and so cinematic. The 1st game was amazing as well. They're everything that was great about Kotor and more.

From that Capcom vid, I guess Code Veronica does look a bit better than the old version, same with RE4. They just look cleaner basically. I still wish they'd completely revamp Veronica's engine. As well as RE2 and RE3. Instead of having the Chronicles team make more light gun games, just have them revamp the older games. Dreamcast versions please.
