Yeah thanks, I just got home. After the usual insurance shenanigans, ofc. Fortunately nobody got hurt but boy something like this messes your shit up big time.

What happened exactly? I was almost in a crash on Monday, stupid car tried to pull over right into me without checking their mirrors. Hope the insurance doesn't try to screw you.

bugsonglass said:

Sorry about your crash Steel.  Glad it's not anything major and nobody got hurt.

I seem to have caught some kind of bug.  I feel queasy and like I constantly want to throw up.  Also my throat is very sore.  I hate this shit

And in this heat. I feel for you.  sad

Girls weren't in the car were they?!  Sad

I hope you feel better!

Take two Coronas, play 1,001 Steam Games, get some bed rest and call me in the morning!

*Feel Better!*

Thanks guys, everyone. No Leo, fortunately my daughters weren't in the car, actually I was driving alone. Driving through a busy avenue when some dude in an SUV thought he could cross the avenue fast enough to clear me, but he couldn't. If I had the chance to see him attempting the cross I could have started to brake earlier, but I had a huge bus at my left side, and thus only noticed the big-ass SUV when it emerged out of the bus and right in front of me. Even then I slammed the brakes and only hit the guy in the rear, but hard enough to cause some serious damage to both vehicles. I was cleared of responsibility, and the other insurance company will take care of my car. But this thing messes up with a whole set of plans we had for the coming days that included leaving town for a few days to visit family, and also the purchase of a new car for my wife.

But in the end it all comes down to the fact that a car can be repaired, and schedules can be planned again. No big deal. I am unhurt and well and that's all that matters.

Yes, but to be cleared of responsibility of the VG Press Council of Ultimate Justice you need:

  • Post a drawing of the situation like it happened. You can do it in paint.
  • Your reaction after the crash. What did you do?

Failure to comply will get you cast in the pits of hell. A.k.a. Hamster's playground.

I hate it when there is ample space for a car to emerge onto the main road, and instead they nudge out like an idiot indecisely before deciding to pull out when you are like 5 metres away. Bloody idiots.

Q: Speaking about the Wii U, many people are worried that it isn’t a next generation console, mainly saying that the graphical horse power of the Wii U is comparable to the consoles of this generation. What are your thoughts on people saying that the Wii U isn’t really a ‘next-generation’ console?

I’m a bit reluctant to talk about the Wii U specs, when I mentioned something earlier it got totally blown out of proportion and twisted. However while developing Tag 2, since it’s very graphic intensive because of the multiple characters on screen, there was still some power left over for graphic capabilities so the graphics chips seems to be pretty decent. But to be honest, that’s not really even relevant because people seem to be focusing too much comparing the raw specs to other hardware. You really have to be looking at the capabilities and what features it has. For example, if you’re playing Tag 2 on the Wii U at home and your parents get mad at you for taking up the TV too much, you can just take it to your bed and start playing there. Being able to take a high end game and play it in your bed is something that’s really unique so that’s the thing people are kind of missing.

So...... an hour before the London Olympics starts and the ceromony is gearing up. I'm looking at live pictures from the stadium and it appears as if they are doing a Lord of the Rings theme, the Shire to be exact.

This is the model.

They built this set inside the stadium.
