See, this is what happens when people feel the need to justify the value of a hobby. It leads to bullshit intellectualism ranging from the "games are art" debates to even worse stuff like these reviews. It's okay to just enjoy video games as entertainment.
Oh and for the guy getting a PhD at the University of Tulsa, I just want to know if went there because he couldn't get into Devry. All the fascism in Helldivers isn't going to hide the fact that you're a hick that went to the university of the second biggest city in Oklahoma.
I've been playing Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Dragon Age: Inquisition, and some sweet, sweet Hyrule Warriors, a game that any self-respecting Zelda fan would have played by now.
Raven, is that Sim City or Skylines? And if it's Skylines, how is it?
Not playing a whole lot of anything at the moment, but I've killed a few hours with some Kirby games that I started a while back and now I'm trying to finish them. I made it through Kirby's Dreamland 3 which was pretty awful, but I've been very pleasantly surprised with Kirby Super Star, primarily the Great Cave Offensive, which pretty much contains everything I love about gaming in a 2 hour dose.
That pic is SimCity 5. I'm playing Skylines too. which is very good, but I bought the futuristic expansion pack for SimCity 5 last weekend, and that's all I really want to play at the moment.
GG, have you tried checking if windows explorer is still set to display the previews? Click view on the folder and make sure it is. Also, try re-associating the video files with whatever video player you use.
Studies modernism, moonlights in interpretive criticism.
Finally finished book of unwritten tales 2 (first pregnant protagonist in videogames?):
Started hyperdimension semi-colon, aka surgeon simulator:
I'm working on Walking Dead Season 2. It's good, but not quite as engaging as the first. So many children at school constantly rave about Five Nights at Freddy's so I downloaded it to see what the fuss is about. So far, I'm not too impressed but I'll see it through.
The Top Ten Games of PAX East 2015 Axiom Verge, next game from the makers of Guacamelee!
"Chainsawesome Games describes Knight Squad as Bomberman meets Gauntlet. What does that mean? An incredibly fun multiplayer game that grabs you and doesn't let go until the party's over."
It just struck me how little that would indeed mean to most gamers these days.
Wow, I didn't think about that. Might as well have written that description in Latin.
Ah, what a f****** day.
PC
and Wii Uso far but wants to release on everythingKickstarted in May but game "will launch regardless" and kickstarter will allow the universe to expand.
I checked that first. I think the problem is sorted now. If you dump/shred the thumbnail cache then WE has to rebuild it properly.
So I just got a call not long ago from Capital One. My Playstation visa card had a few fraudulent charges on it that they blocked and wanted to confirm. These charges were made in China. One for $41 and another for just $1. Fucking weird. So they shut down the card and blocked all that shit.
This was the card they were doing that promotion for a few years back where you got a $50 PSN credit just for using it. And I had just paid this card off in full a few weeks back, and haven't charged anything on it in months. I find it too much of a coincidence that this happens with a PLAYSTATION credit card, after all the problems Sony has had.
Wow, as soon as I scrolled down without knowing what I was looking at, I instantly thought this looked like a Rare game! See that, Microsoft? A game that actually looks like what people want!
I just received a paypal message saying someone had charged me $100 for a recurring skype subscription and to click on the link if that was wrong. I checked on paypal itself and there was no charge. Flipping spoof email bollocks.

My interest has piqued on that Playtonic platformer.
