Except for the manly men, Edge & Iga.
Why does that Jack look creepier than mine. His eyebrows arch higher.
Because its virtual Jack.
You've got like 5 seconds between being killed and respawning. For me that was more than enough to see who killed me and then strategically decide who I should fasttravel towards.
Yes, I agree, there's no point in comparing this to Destiny. First of all Destiny probably cost ten times or more the amount to make that was needed to fund Splatoon. Secondly, Destiny was touted by Activision and Bungie as the second coming of Christ, while Splatoon is just Nintendo trying something new and seeing how it'll roll. And then Destiny launched at between €60-€70, while Splatoon is launching at €40. Oh, and with Destiny the dev feels you should be content with a sprinkling of new content every 4 months or so.
So yeah, Splatoon isn't in the same ballpark as Destiny. What should be acceptible for Splatoon should be far insufficient for a game like Destiny.
I'm still getting Splatoon at launch. All you fencesitters can keep sitting on those fences of yours while I'll be splattering my goods all over the place.
You're just afraid you'll be no match for my l33t inking capabilities.
I'm still getting Splatoon at launch.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
Splatoon is full price in America. You guys are lucky bastards. At full price I have to think about it. At $40 no question.
Also hype has nothing to do with the quality of a game. Destiny and splatoon should be judged equally as games, everything else doesn't matter. It's not like splatoon is some small handheld game or something. It's fighting for the same time and money.
What have we been playing besides the Splatoon demo? I finished up Alien Isolation and moved on to Second Son. This games seems so much more fun to play than the original. I'm sure in part because of the gorgeous visuals. It's quite the looker. There are some great improvements like traveling through vents and cool powers.
Since I got PS Plus, I even downloaded a few games. My son and I really enjoyed the simple but frenetic Race the Sun.
No fence setting for me. I will get Splatoon when it's finished.
