Yeah back in the CRT days of non HD 4:3 consoles, the text was always GIANT. Now its like reading articles on a PC monitor.
I just totalled up my daily logs to see how long I had played Splatoon this year. The answer...... 265 hours
In one month alone I'd totalled nearly 90 hours.
What about you guys?
I haven't put any hours into Splatoon. Hardly any into any online games at all.
I'm up to level 4 in Turok....about halfway through. Just got into an epic boss fight with some Hummer H2's and some Duke Nukem looking motherfucker. Level 3 kind of sucked...very hard to figure out where to go so I had to look on youtube walkthroughs. One thing that amazes me though, is how big the levels are in this game. I mean HUGE. For an N64 game from the mid 90's its just crazy the way they stretched those carts. Obviously not using FMV movies is the key.
Game is pretty fun though, still today. Very fast paced.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
I can read the text in XCX but yeah it definitely needs to be made bigger to make the reading easier.
Wut!
I don't really play multiplayer, I get bored of it easily.
Most of the gameplay for Splatoon was the single player mode.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
If anyone here has a Twitter account, they should go look at literally hundreds of gaming site writers, editors and personalities --AND-- famed game developers whose name may or may not rhyme with Rodeo Wobima TOTALLY geeking out over Star Wars...!
Bonus:
Super Nintendo Chalmers.
Super Nes was huge. It was the Xbox of its time.
Played about halfway through level 4 in Turok...this level is much better than 3. One thing I'm noticing though, is there's not much variety to the levels or the enemies so far. It all kind of looks the same. This was where Goldeneye absolutely destroyed this first Turok. Goldeneye had variety out the asshole.
40 hrs into XCX and I'm getting wrist pain again.
Offscreen play means I've been playing it almost constantly today
I would love to test you for carpal tunnel.
