29 Big Xbox One Games for 2016
Almost all the same games as PS4's but with Halo Wars, Gears, Cuphead, Quantum, Recore and Scalebound.ign.com media phantom_leo
Offscreen play means I've been playing it almost constantly today
I would love to test you for carpal tunnel.
Yeah, wrist pain is back in full force. And it coincided with a weekend of rampant diahrea. Spent last night with a crippled claw so painful I couldn't sleep.
Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of New Despair (PS4) -- For a budget, "B" quality game, it's a crap-ton of fun! The environments look like a high-res PSOne game. The troops and helpless citizens say the same thing over and over and over again... but there's just something about fighting hordes of gigantic insects with unlimited-amo, super weapons that is completely and utterly a guilty-pleasure BLAST! The plot is super-corny, Starship Trooper tripe... but, OMG is it F-U-N! The very fact that it has a loot basic system and multiple playable characters of varying style... BONUS!!
If there are buildings or homes between me and the bugs, they are destroyed. If you watch closely, it looks like I am firing randomly into the distance, but you see the ant's bodies flying in the distance! Pretty much every structure in the game is destructible! SO. MUCH. FUN!

I remember Shameus Blackley praising the old game on 360 back in the day before he turned into the armchair political general. I never tried it though.
I have one of these. I think on the PS3. There was also something which released on the Wii which was Japan only which I think was essentially an EDF game but with a Norse Mythology skin instead of Giant Insects. I was vaguely interested in that in the way obscure Japanese games interest me.
Who has experience posting YouTube videos from Share Factory? Vader only? I actually had a question. I don't know if you noticed this before, but I'll upload a video, it will appear on Youtube. The first few times I view it, it will appear to be in lower resolution and the colors will be dulled. Over time, the video quality seems to get better. I am wondering if there's some kind of temporary file that is uploaded before the complete, filtered, highest-res version becomes available...This is especially apparent when you watch it on Youtube itself. Anyone have any experience with this? Just curious!

My understanding is that as YouTube processes a video, it publishes the lowest bitrates first so that the video can be published in some form as quickly as possible.
P.S. EDF is the bees knees. You then get to shoot those knees!

Kinda thought something like that was going on! Thanks!
^ No surprises there.
Saw a shovelknight amiibo in the wild today.
Did you throw a Pokeball at it?

Here's why you should NEVER hand me a rocket-launcher in your home town and tell me "Don't hold back!"

Much better lineup next year.
I always keep meaning to try out those Earth Defense Force games, they look like a lot of great campy fun.
