Splatoon themed accessories include a Joycon grip by Hori:
That's actually a very clever idea. I'm not really satisfied with the shoulder buttons, and this allows them to pronounce them more, just like what happens with the joycon strap and the 2 tiny buttons on the side of the joycon.
EG reviews ARMS: recommended Yet next to no single player mode
Sounds good to me:
"Arms hits home, a glorious sucker punch from a Nintendo that's now more confident than ever to move away from its staples and spring a surprise. This is a mad, brilliant dance of a game, and one whose tune I suspect we'll be humming along to for some time yet."
The videogamer review however is a little wtf? They say that the Party mode, which is what we all played and most people really enjoyed in the Testpunch is "an absolute disaster"? and the review reads as very contradictory to me.
It should just be a half hour Arms match. That would be hilarious.

Here's the full quote:
"The God of War reboot from Sony's Santa Monica studio will be central to this – its new, more narrative-focused, open-world approach with a grizzled, bearded Kratos coming as a direct result of Sony's new global thinking. While always popular in North America, past games in the series just didn't do it for players elsewhere. "It's a franchise that has historically acutely underperformed in Europe," Ryan says. "Hack and slash games tend to not do so well in Europe, so the narrative this time around will make a big difference. European gamers love narrative games. And Singstar."
I think he means hack and slash, no good in europe, open world + story good in europe.
Reviews were exactly what I expected from arms after playing it.
If you remember, Splatoon only got 8/10 reviews at launch. For those of us that got Splatoon day 1 compared to Splatoon after the very last update Ancho-V Games is a much better game once all those updates were out. For a year it seemed like every week you'd either get a new stage or new weapon, even new modes like Tower Control. I hope that Arms updates can match that, but I already liked what I played.
For me, aside from SFIV I haven't played a one on one fighter since like DOA 3 or Soul Calibur 2. So my expectations for these games for a single player game is to literally fight one character after another till the boss, then repeat as another character. I like the base gameplay and I enjoy the feeling of fighting and beating a real human player, especially dominating them. But even being beat is good, I learn from people better than me, did the same with Splatoon, you see what others do and it's eye opening.
Bully 2 page appeared then disappeared. It seems it's Bullyshit.
Back in the day playing Nemesis, I could never fifure out if I wanted to spend all my time motorboating the top half or the bottom half of Miss Jill Valentine in this shot.
Microsoft may have hidden Xbox Scorpio’s release date and a sick burn on Sony in its E3 teasers
I mean, when YOU'RE the company getting it's ass kicked, throwing out jabs and digs at your competitor just doesn't have the same effect. It would be like the Predators talking shit about the Penguins last night after getting destroyed 6 to zero.
I just noticed Dreamfall Chapters finally came out for the PS4 about a month ago to absolutely no marketing. It released on the PC about two years ago....it was originally supposed to come out for both PS4 and Wii U about two years ago. But it's finally here. $30.
That's the thing with these Kickstarter games with small ass teams....you have to expect to wait awhile...usually much longer than they say.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
Happy E3 tomorrow! It's going to be Star Wars porn tomorrow. Maybe three new Star Wars games!
I'm surprised not many, if any people here bought SW Battlefront? I probably would have if I had a machine that could play it.
Cause it sucked and had little content.
New reviews up.
I'm guessing no one read this:
This Arms Companion article from Arstechnica is fun
It just made me laugh because of the note he sent to Nintendo PR
I'm surprised DICE has such cache in the industry, their games never seem to review that well.
