I wish I were in your shoes, sound like a great outing. Speaking of, raises the question, what was the best outing of all time? It's wonderful to live in a tiem when such things are now antiquated. I think the best outing in my time was George Michael. All my female peers were so sad at the time.
^ That is a masterfull change of subject. Bravo.
Yes umm.. I'm taking my youngest too to see sonic this weekend... yes some kid you never knew about not me alone...
You mean the stranger that you sit by in a packed theater?
Note to everyone, Slay the Spire is really great. On gamepass. Try it.
Also about the sonic movie I think it's going to be great, will surprise many people.
I'm actually going with friends but yeah I'm super excited. One it's sonic, two Jim Carrey is my favorite growing up.
Damn, that was quite a change of subject. Ok, umm, Lindsey Graham? Hasn't he had an outing yet?
Speaking of Jim Carrey, we watched the Truman Show the other day. It's still great and holds up very well today.
Kevin Spacey!
The Dutch youtube celebrity NickieTutorials. She recently came out as being transgender, after someone had blackmailed her, threatening to reveal her trans history unless she would agree to his, presumably monetary, demands. Just this week she was also confirmed to be hosting Eurosong's livestream.
Perhaps this will be the new form out outing.
Have kids who beg to see it.
I'm a movie fan. I cannot pay to see a film at the cinema knowing it will probably be shit. I was asked to take my nephews to see Jumanj 2. I then watched the first movie and bailed the hell out as soon as possible.
I'll be watching sonic tomorrow! Woo!
So Dreams is out and the main MM game/level is INCREDIBLE. Sadly it's like 2 - 3 hours long, basically movie length but that is what they are going for. It's a self contained story of a musician battling his inner demons of fear, anxiety and failure. This manifests as platforming levels with little toys from his youth. It's a part point and click adventure game, platformer, shooter, and more. It blends so many genres so well with such a high flying final boss battle that just had me cheering. It has excellent music and full blown songs. It is a brilliant work of art and a perfect showcase of what Dreams could be.
I just started messing around with levels, checking how things have evolved since I last played many months ago. It seems easier to navigate and find good levels. Some are crazy, some are stupid, it's the nature of this kind of game.
The Sonic movie is surprisingly decent. The beginning and end are a lot of fun. Watch the cool credits and stick around for a mid credits scene.
I've heard it slightly better than expected. Can;t wait unti lit hits Netflix.
If it's half as good as the 1996 film, it should be bonkers. I suspect it probably isn't, but as a Sonic film aficionado, if not a fan of the games, I can't help but be curious.
