So how come the Sonic movie is performing so well? Did all the fanboy just give up on the games and set their hopes on the movie?

The build-in Sonic audience helps, but I think it comes down to bring a decent kid's movie when there aren't any others out. And since so many original Sonic fans have young kids it was just a good fit.

It's Sonic, the second most iconic video game character of all time. Don't underestimate him.

The virus is canceling all our game events. Crazy stuff. Everyone in safe locations so far I think. It's only a matter of time before there is an outbreak in one of our cities. I predict Orlando first, everyone in the world visits disney

Yeah, a little concerned about how this plays out.  I'm hoping we don't have to have mass school cancellations.  I'm also supposed to be in Orlando in July.

All jesting aside though, we just returned from a holiday and apparently the virus has found its way to our country. Haven't read up on the news yet, but I hope things don't get out of control.

Super Metroid play through update. I defeated Kraid and got a suit upgrade to travel through very hot areas.  Anyone else playing?

My eldest beat Luigi's Mansion 3 yesterday. He was over the moon. He plays a lot of videogames, but has only beaten a few because he gets stuck, bored, or something new catches his attention before he manages to finish what he was playing.
