Kind of a random question, but does anyone have a good fishing game to recommend? Nothing too realistic like the Rapala games, but just something chilling relaxing like maybe Fishing Resort for the Wii.
The only fishing game I played was Sega Bass Fishing on the Dreamcast. From what I recall of my brief time with it was that it was a pretty fun arcade style of fishing game. I’m not sure if it would be chilling or relaxing though. I think they ported it to other systems like the Wii, 360, and PS3. Might be a separate download or part of a Dreamcast Collection.

I enjoyed the fishing in Twilight Princess and Ocarina of Time.
Plugged in the Mclassic, one of the clearest examples of it working. Smoothed everything out, without it I couldn't even play it. Glad they released a demo, reminded me of why I sold my wii version. I'm a fan of the OG Sam and Max, this is not anything like what I wanted.
So, tried the Hyperkin GC cable. No signal whatsoever, doesn't play nice with PAL GC. Also tried an Amazon 3 in 1 hdmi adapter for GC/N64/SNES and it got a picture on screen, the TV recognised it was a 720p image but the picture was so bad it looked like a smeared mess. I then attached the Mclassic and it still looks like a smeared mess: junk in, junk out. At this point it looks like the only way you're going to get a good picture of GC through Mclassic is to buy an expensive EON adapter or something to pair with it. And seeing how the Mclassic doesn't do anything for interlaced images I can't see it doing anything for N64 either. I'll probably try it with a Dreamcast hdmi adapter at some point. Won't bother with OG Xbox as I don't have many games left on it. Will probably use a 360 with it but will have to buy a slim 360, another £60. Unless they sell good slim 480p tvs I see no solutions for older consoles. I may have to sell off my N64 and games.
GG, maybe look into a Retrotink2x. It's a $100 device that converts 480i and lower signals into 480p HDMI output. Then pair the Mclassic with it. I've read several reviews that claims it works very well with older game systems.

I'll look into it. Most reviews for devices are American so I have to be careful as they don't usually test them with PAL resolutions.
This weekend, I am a samurai getting lost by exploring an island in Japan. I'm loving this game and it's focus on exploration, very similar to RDR and Breath of the Wild. The game is stunning to look at, just gorgeous. It could possibly be the best looking game I've seen. Well, tied with Red Dead Redemption 2. Beautiful game.
This weekend I’ve been running around in a Village where Evil Resides. Am very near the end now and will likely finish my first playthrough of the game today. Have been enjoying it quite a bit. I would say that it’s better then RE7 but not quite as good as the top tier RE games like RER, RE2R, and RE4.
This weekend I ain't played shit. The last 3 weeks have been really busy for me and I haven't played much of anything. I did download the Marvel universe app, so any free time I have has been spent reading comics. That's actually been kind of fun, since I haven't picked up a comic book in over 6 years.

MM 3D has a really great expanded one. But it's more about figuring out what to use on what rather than the act of fishing.
I probably should play MM someday.
I definitely enjoyed a random, old SEGA Bass Fishing on PC more than Twilight Princess Fishing, so that'd be my very useful recommendation.
A Short Hike has an extremly simple fishin mini-game, but it's fun. Yakuza 4 also has a fishing mini-game that's fun, too.
So you could say that it's many steps ahead of the original version?
That it rises above it, to another level?
Have you ever been to a race?

What about you, explorers?
