So it looks like I will be moving soon. My parents and sister live around tampa, so I looked for jobs around there and got one. It's at the leading children hospital in the state, it will be night shift... so that's different. Better pay. I think housing is easier to get there, I'll be close to family, so yeah I'm leaving Miami for Tampa. Going to be weird.
Good luck man.
Night shifts suck though, changes your body chemistry.

So is anyone making any resolutions for the upcoming year? I resolve to learn enough French to carry rudimentary conversations during my trip in April.
My resolution is, after 6 months of non-action. To finally record a decent YouTube video.
Really enjoying The Book of unwritten tales 2 this weekend. It says a lot that despite being unfairly stuck a few times that it's still a great adventure game.
Since its a sequel there is a slight feeling of missing what happened before with the three main characters, but the game gets across their relationships well enough.
It really has made my winter period with Christmas like environments, wonderful Orchestral music and a well realised comedic fantasy setting.
So I got Scott Pilgrim the side scrolling beat em up on sale.
Having a touch of buyers remorse after the first level.
It was soooo long with no checkpoints. I was beating the crap out of the boss when two random demons came out and shot me endlessly. And then I was back at the start of the very long level.
The enemies take a lot of beating to put down. The action doesn't feel crisp. I like best em ups that are very responsive. Not sure if it's the bouncy animations or deformed character models but nothing feels responsive enough.
It seems more developed than most beat em ups though, so I guess when I level up things will heat up.
I finished up an epic run of Red Dead Redemption 2, Rockstar's best game. I had an amazing time with it. I also started High on Life which is hilarious, but extremely crass. Funny how the kids always walk into the living room when I start the game so I have to mute the volume and miss some of the fun dialogue. I don't recommend playing that way. If you have Game Pass then this is definitely worth a download, a cross between Borderlands, Metroid Prime with the dialogue of Bullet Storm.
Happy New Year everybody!

Got Broforce, it's this pixel art shooter where you play as random 80s and 90s tuff guys blowing shit up.
Only played a couple of very short levels, it cost very little. What I can say is that it's visuals are a little too retro for me.
Larger more detailed character models would help enhance the atmosphere. The controls are very responsive and gameplay is fun.
One thing is confusing in that you can destroy the environment, which includes cliff faces and the very ground you stand on.
So you can open a chasm too large to jump across? You can climb vertical surfaces with a knife but how do you climb when the gap is too big?

The art and graphics are beautiful.
Got Guns Gore and Canoli in the sale.
Wonderful so far, I always put off buying it, so glad I tried it.
Hand drawn cartoon visuals, great animations and fun arcade gunplay.
Almost a bit like a modern metal slug in some ways. There are nazi zombies to kill too. Set in the 30s?
Gg, I want to subscribe to uour channel.
