After reading GG's MIA people from the internets and also Leo's topic about his procedure, it got me thinking: Suppose you pass away because of a sudden illness, or an accident. Do you have any measures taken in regards to your online stuff? Would you suddenly vanish and become another memory?
I'm not getting any younger, I'm almost 40 and to be honest my work carries a significant amount of stress, not to mention I have not really taken care of myself because of work. Fortunately my last lab tests were all alright but still. I wonder what would happen if one day I kicked the bucket. I guess my Steam account would be used by my daughters.

I have a hand written note asking my family to let you guys know if something did happen to me. I would hate to simply vanish from this site without any explanation.
On another site I go to one person he died so his family started an account to tell his friends on that site that he had died and they had about 40 pages of other members on that site sharing memories of him on that site.
I didn't really have many memories of that person because I was only a member for about a year before he died and I never went into the same threads as him.
Funny, I kinda thought about this the other day. Could you imagine all of us in our fifties still posting here? Not sure what would happen if I croaked. Maybe my wife will post a blog explaining that I passed away. She knows I enjoy talking to you guys and may see it as important to let you all know.
We thought you might be dead when you went to China!
I died then re-awakened as the fabled Monkey King.
That's only 9 more years for me, so, yeah, I can imagine it!
Definitely! I see no reason to give up this place because I'm older.
