We know from the past of Aspro's crazy game hijinks of not realizing a setting or hardware issue.
Well, for the past several weeks I've been under the impression that my netbook's touchpad had died. You see, a couple months ago my netbook had been dormant in my backpack for a significant period of time, and when I took it out, the touchpad wasn't working. After a day of use, it started working again.
So some time passes, and suddenly it stops working again, and this time it doesn't come back. There's just no response at all when using it.
Now I didn't particularly like that model anyway, so I ended up replacing it entirely and planned to send it in for warranty soon. Apparently that won't be necessary.
The keyboard shortcut Fn+F7 toggles the touchpad. I pressed this and it started working again. I have no idea how it got toggled since I don't use the Fn key at all, but that was the issue.
