I've hit something of a milestone in Bleach.
The Arruncar storyline which is the main series story, which started from season 2, finally ended in season 14. Over 300 episodes into it.
What a journey, a long, journey. And it was well worth it. But even during the episodes, the episode order was broken up with fluffy, throwaway crap episodes. If you just watch the main, proper story episodes, Bleach is a very good series. Sadly about 15-20% of the episodes are junk. Learn to slog through it, which often isn't THAT bad and you will eventually rewarded.
There were a few what and how moments in the final battle, quite how easily Ichigo suddenly amassed all that power, it was a little cheap. But a new story awaits as the series continues.
I've also seen up to the end of season 2 of Hunter x Hunter.
It took me a while to get into it but now I can reel off episode after episode. It's based around professional advernturers who have to earn a licence to become one. They go on adventures for all sorts of reasons like finding rare beasts, exploring or going for treasure, finding people etc. So far it's like a mix of Jojo's Bizaare Adventure x Naruto.
I've seen the first 6 episodes of Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit
Balsa, spear wielder and bodyguard, is a wandering warrior who has vowed to atone for eight deaths in her past by saving an equivalent number of lives. On her journey, she saves Prince Chagum, and is tasked with becoming his bodyguard. His own father, the emperor, has ordered his assassination. The two begin a perilous journey to ensure the survival of the prince. Balsa's complicated past begins to come to light and they uncover Chagum's mysterious connection to a legendary water spirit with the power to destroy the kingdom.
It's very grounded and serious, no wacky tone differences and its pretty pleasant to watch so far. It's very understated in a classy way but the plot is very simple so far. Hoping it raises its game later.
Was it cancelled before a proper ending? Or before a season 2? I read some search results which said something like it.

No there is just 1 season, but everything is nicely tied up! It has a proper ending, no worries there!
Nice.
Started Rosario Vampire - is this suppossed to be Rosary Vampire because when she removes the rosary yada yada?
Tsukune Aono, an average teenager, is unable to get into any local high schools due to his poor grades. However, his parents are happy to have him enroll in a private school called Yokai Academy, which he discovers is a boarding school for monsters.
They should have just called it Yokai Academy. It's a harem comedy with one guy and an ever growing harem of willing suitors. It thinks it's a lot funnier than it really is but it is really watchable.
Ghibli's Princess Mononoke Film Shrunk into 3-Minute, 8-Bit Video
Finished Rosario + Vampire collection 1. Decent stuff, could be better but overall light and breezy.
On season 3 of Hunter x Hunter this show is awesome, don't be misled by the beginning, it's like a better Jojos Bizaare Adventure. Gets very gripping to the point where you can watch episode after episode.

The manga is about 1000 times better.
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure DVD Listed on Amazon UK for September 28
2nd Live-Action Attack on Titan Film's Trailer Subtitled in English
So this is cool, we never got FMP the second raid in the UK. Now we are geting an ultimate edition full package:
For those unaware the Ultimate Edition version of Full Metal Panic will contain all three seasons of the series, so thats Full Metal Panic, Full Metal Panic: The Second Raid and Full Metal Panic: FUMOFFU, inside a single collection – all of which will be presented in 1080p and have English and Japanese audio options. The Collection will also contain a 7c-page book featuring all sorts of artwork and useful information about the series.
The most interesting aspect of this Ultimate Edition is that each season will come in its own amary cases and then these amary cases will slot into the box which holds everything in. Full details, and tentative images, of what this will look like have yet to be revealed; but it does sound quite interesting.
Season 1:
- Complete Season, episodes 1-24
- Extras: Jakoichi Chigara x Shouji Gatou Special Interview, Japanese Piracy Warnings, Original TV Spots, Textless Songs
Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu (aka Season 2):

Full Metal Panic: The Second Raid (aka Season 3):

So an update:
Nearly finished with Rosario + Vampire Capu 2 (Stage 2?)
And the fan service has gone with all out nudity now, even with underage people. Slightly vexxing? It's an okay series but it is starting to get very repetitive and the Harem schtick is getting old, thankfully there are only 2 episodes left.
On Hunter x Hunter season 5 and this series goes from strength to strength I don't want it to end. I feel bad that Leorio is sidelined so much though.
Also continuing with One Piece on the Ennies Lobby arc where they go to find Robin and suddenly Luffy is capable of beating the crap out of hundreds if not thousands of Marines? But it's awesome, this arc is really good, well produced, looks awesome too. One Piece is a really great series once you've got the older episode out of the way since it's such a long running show.
Started the soul society clone arc on Bleach after the Arruncar story was finally concluded. It's decent enough.
Ace Attorney Game Franchise Gets TV Anime in April 2016
Manga Entertainment and Animatsu Merging Operations
I started with Log Horizon, it's like Sword Art Online only more entertaining and with comedy too. It's more action packed too. Liking it so far.
I'm almost 13 episodes into Log Horizon
It has a similar setup to Sword Art Online, real players caught in a game but it's far more entertaining. It has humour and action and some silly stuff too. Very watchable.
So I tried watching Nadia Secret of Bluewater. It was recentely released on Bluray so I assumed it was a classic and I attempted to watch it. It was made in 1991 but it feels even more dated than that, very 80s. There were a lot of Ghibli-esque themes going on, it seemed like a boring rip on Castle of the sky with the young boy rescuing the young girl with a crystal around her neck. A lot of the character designs and aerocraft designs were also very ghibli. But the story was fairly slow going, fairly boring and the English voice acting, especially of the young boy was quite offputting.
I started Knights of Sidonia on Netflix, it uses 3D character models and mechs with 2D background designs. This irked me at first but the designs are made to look 2D anyway so eventually you do get over it. I was surprised by the quality of this series. It is essentially Attack on Titan but set in space. Humanitys' survivors are on massive seed ships and being stalked by massive Titan like Aliens, vastly larger than the ones in AOT. The voice acting is good, story gets very interesting and I want to watch more, a good sign.
Studio Trigger Reveals New Kiznaiver Original TV Anime
I've finished season 1 of Hunter x Hunter, fun series on netflix. It's like Naruto crossed with Jojos Bizaare Adventure.
