Well yeah I'd say. Both companies by themselves were pumping out a ton more games ALONE than they have since joining. As soon as they merged, they became the FF/KH/DQ machine.

Halo 4 is a tough game, the enemy is incredibly intelligent. I really think this might be the best looking Halo ever, the sound is deep and rich. All the models are so detailed they pop at you. Definatly in the mix for game of the Year along with Borderlands 2.

Going on day 11 after Sandy hit. People (my family) still without power. People still fighting over gas. Top it all off, got hit by Nor'Easter Athena and had 4 inches of wet snow dumped on the ground, trees and, yes, the power lines. Repairs that were done were UN-done by yesterday's storm. To add insult to injury, yesterday the deadline to have power restored to all areas was this coming Sunday. Now they are estimating Thanksgiving. There's actually a shortage of Transformers for the power lines and THAT is holding up repairs. Been buying food out practically every night and day for the eight of us packed into my place. Been buying e-shop games and iPad games for the kids to try to keep them busy and distracted. Tempers are flaring, most definitely in spite of it all. Been gaming and getting to the city when i am able. Trying to keep perspective, be grateful for what I have and what I can give, but getting a tad bitter. Sold my Pokemon games I've invested over a hundred hours into because I couldn't take the saccharine sweet nature of them at the moment. Best moments I've had in the last two weeks were me, locked in my room, in the dark, losing myself in Halo 4, Borderlands 2, Need for Speed and Professor Layton. Trying to be "myself" during the day, living as normally as possible and keeping people happy, but at night, around this hour, I start to think about the situation and... Not a happy camper right now. Wish me luck!

Most messed up thing ever, by the way, all last night, as the Nor'Easter was raging, there were BRIGHT bluish-green flashes of electricity and intense buzzes ringing thru the night, right in front of my apartment and behind. Still don't know what they were. Transformers, maybe? My nephew thought it was "pretty cool" but I was terrified of something blowing up and causing (another) fire. Didn't sleep a wink last night. Yay.

Things should be getting better by the weekend for everyone up there Leo. I've lived through this shit before and know the recovery patterns pretty well. If the weather gets good this weekend as they've reported there will be a noticeable jump in improvement all the way around. The stir crazy is what's killing everyone at this point, and unfortunately there's just no fixing that without the comforts of regular life. Hold tight man, it will be better soon.

It's not me. It's MANY people around me, including niece, nephew, Chris and my sister. New York has become the most bureaucratic mess in the world. People are profiting while people are suffering. Politicians are arguing and making promises they are not keeping and NOTHING is getting done! They made it SOUND like NY was well prepared and able to deal with mass power-outages, but obviously not. I have NEVER seen something like this EVER in all of my life.
