Finally after multiple emails Walmart is shipping my pro tomorrow which I should have next week, my 3 games Zombie, AC3 and Mario arrive tomorrow! Wii games look slightly better through HDMI ..
So the DmC demo came out today. All DMC fans have been eyeing this game closely as we fear the combat system would take a huge hit. Well I played the 360 demo and the game plays extremely well. The game being 30 FPS is notacble and I am sure high level players will find all sorts of limitations to the combat but it flowed very well. Way better than any NT game and good enough to feel like DMC. The graphics are great, I loved the way the city morphs and the platforming seems pretty cool. You still got secret missions to do. Higher difficulties change up enemy loadouts. The one boss was pretty well done.
My main issue is the new combat system which makes use of both triggers to change weapons. It takes a while to get used to, its more complicated than it needs to be. I guess when I get used to it it can be very good but for now I enjoy the way DMC controlled before. That said it looks like you got all sorts of moves to try out, its still combo heavy and the enemies seem decent enough.
It may not be DMC3 or 4 but it can be a great game. Oh and the dialogue is amazing. "Fuck you!" "No, Fuck you!" "FUCK YOU!!!"
Played some NintendoLand today, really might be the best launch game. Zelda with the wiimote is amazing! FIrst off the way the levels are is so cool, the music remixes are perfect and the game mode is a blast with either controls. But i perfer a sword and the 1:1 works so well in this fast paced mode. I assume this is just like Resorts sword game but this has zelda characters and blocking, and all sorts of goals. Please please please dont forget the wiimote with Zelda, screw the gamepad I want more wiimote sword action. Metroid is a blast with the wiimote as well, see a pattern, this system when playing with the wiimote is awesome. WIIMOTE = BEST CONTROLLER. Not saying the gamepad is bad, the mini games that use it use it extremely well but it never reaches the magic of the wiimote.
Balloon Fight is such a great mini game, omg so addicting. The ninja star one is decent, strange to have aiming while holding the pad verticle. F-zero has the craziest use of the pad as you hold it verticle and use it to steer, it works well enough. There is SO MUCH to do.
So should I get Nano Assault or Might Switch Force. I am leaning toward the SSD like shooter. Honestly I have no clue what Switch force is but I hear its great.
Nano Assault Neo is one of the best looking and controling shooters I have played in a long while! How's Zombie Treating you vader? I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it or not, I can try the demo when ever that comes out and leave the game sealed. Return to Walmart within 90 days unopened. If I like demo I will just keep it.

I rented an N64 before I owned one. I actually bought Ocarina of Time without the console and then went over the Blockbuster to rent a system to play it on. Good times.
I'm very surprised I don't see more of it these days. My local Blockbuster is pretty dead for the most part, but people are routinely there for video games. Seems like it might be one of the few opportunities to make money.
Same thing but I did it years after, like 2000. Oh and I didn't rent it I borrowed it from a friend.
I love zombie. As an old school horror fan this hits the right buttons. Honestly I want a new RE done like this, old school with item management on the pad.

Now the challenge more seems to be very awesome. I will probably sink a ton of time into it. Sadly though there are no leader pares and miiverse doesn't work in it. So even though I spent 10 mint tying to get a gold there is no one to share it with.
