29 Big Xbox One Games for 2016
Almost all the same games as PS4's but with Halo Wars, Gears, Cuphead, Quantum, Recore and Scalebound.ign.com media phantom_leo
I'm finally going to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens tonight, had to wait for some family members to get into town so we could all see it together. Soon I won't have to worry about trying to avoid spoilers anymore.
DQH is still a very satisfying game, for what it is, but I wonder why it wasn't given the same kind of content and treatment as Hyrule Warriors...? Could it be because Omega Force was being overseen by Nintendo and they have a different standard than Squenix? It's still a thrill to see the Monsters in motion in mass in this game, but it's not quite as good as Hyrule. Maybe they were saving ideas for the sequel? This game has more RPG elements rolled into it and a much wider variety of monsters, but HW is better still. I wonder which is the bigger series in Japan, Zelda or Dragon Quest? Still love this game, but I'm looking forward to the next one with a bit more anticipation.
Once I get through some of the backlog that I have accumulated over the last month I think I'm going to grab DQM through Steam since its been available there for only about $30 to $40 from what I have seen. I do wonder if we will see the sequel in the West though. From everything I had seen this game is completely and utterly bombed outside of Japan.
As far as why HW ended up the better game I think it has to do with primarily Nintendo's involvement as an overseer. But they were trying out something a bit more reaching with the RPG elements of DQH, and I think that may have lead to some mismanagement or at least less focus on other elements.
Vader. Are you ever going to play Hyrule Warriors?

Indeed.
And is it wrong that the game I want to play the most on the PS4 right now is DQH?

He has a point Vader. You pushed of Splatoon for a very long time and now seem to be enjoying it. Maybe it's time for Hyrule Warriors next.
